I don't care if hardware matches my jewelry lol. Or shoes. It's so minimal that I don't bother coordinating them.
I wear silver, platinum, white gold. I wear minimal gold toned jewelry, because I prefer the look of silver more. I have a few rose gold costume pieces. I also have pearls.
But my jewelry never influenced my bag purchases and vice versa.
I just buy what looks good and feels good on me.
I'm kind of tired of people pushing that you need x,y,z to be considered chic and fashionable.
Like I don't need certain jewelry. Or button up shirts. Or certain color / style bags. They don't work for me like other types of things do.
And that's ok.
