Quick question for those who got caramel c19 for 21K….is your purse creases like mine? This is my first 19 and first lamb…kinda concern since I spent a lot of money on this beautiful 19. Is it normal or I should take it back

I have the 21A black lambskin 19 and absolutely no winkles at all - I had reserved the 21K caramel but passed on it as I haven’t worn my black lambskin yet but all the SA’s and even the brand ambassador at Chanel flagship store in NY told me Chanel does NOT treat their lambskin on any of the 19 bags or any lambskin bags - they do not know where this info started about it being treated and told me it is as delicate as any lambskin. So I did not want to get another lambskin as I do not know how it will hold up and instead bought the Caramel caviar med boy - Nice puffy quilts (like the classics) and a high sheen! Love it - and not afraid to use!

Ahhh I texted my SA. She said it’s normal and it should set in and evolve.

Replied to you on the 21K thread as well. Reposting my reply here.

Yours is same as mine. Still love it. I don’t see them as wrinkles but rather characteristic of the leather itself. Here’s a photo from the store and the one I took. As long as the “wrinkles” move and not permanent like creases, I’m fine with it since it is leather after all. I already bought a samorga organizer to help keep its shape.
