Then I asked her can you please give me the item number so I can ask other stores and she looked it up in her system and told me actually we’re not even getting this color and it’s an old color that they aren’t making any right now. Didn’t make any sense.

I am based in SG though so I wouldnt be much of a help but I bought it from Chanel Takashimaya Singapore. The color NB356 if I am not mistaken was first released in the 21P. People were actually surprised when Chanel brought it back in the 21K collection since Chanel doesn’t or rarely repeat colors. My SA was actually surprised as well when I asked her to look out for a C19 in that color. A lot of ladies here are actually still waiting for their reserves so it might be hard to get one now since the pieces coming in are reserved already. I messaged my SA late August for my bag and I’ve been reminding her until release date in SG last week of September. There was a delay in shipments I believe so my SA was able to get hold of one only last October 11th. Maybe you can try from the ISO and Store stock update threads. Those threads could be useful if you’re on a hunt for something.

For 21k? I haven’t seen a reverse metal for 21k, just the black metal with white leather. I did see that one of the 22 collections thread will have silver metal one and so black.
There is a black one, with reverse hardware. I have one on reserve
My SA called it small black, reverse mixed metals. Here is the matching slg. He said 21K in November, but it is possible he was wrong and it is 22c? I just know it is coming

Some black markings seem to be normal. I have them on mine. If you are concerned, I would inquire in boutique if possible.
