I didn't like the 20A?/21A? grey 19 with the gold CC, but I think the silver hardware on the grey that's coming out is stunning.

The reverse metals 19 is being released in lambskin, I believe. I am not 100% sure whether other colors/future releases will be in goatskin or not. I can't attest to the quality of the lamb on the 19, as I do not own one yet. I do have several lambskin bags and all have held up well. However, I only purchase dark colored lambskin bags and would be afraid of color transfer, wear and tear on lighter colors. I sold a turquoise lambskin bag for this reason. Just my opinion and experience
I bought a black 19 lambskin in June (just before the $600.00 increase!) did not wear it till last week at the mall where we went to dinner - I stopped in at Saks and I was warm and started to take off my jacket and Dropped my Bag!! It fell standing straight up I caught it as soon as it hit the floor and after my heart skipped a beat! No damage at all - a true christening. I do not plan to use as an everyday bag mainly going out to lunch or dinner or shopping at mall. No jeans but nicely dressed - slacks a nice sweater etc
The 19 is much more casual than the Classic flap. I love both and wear both everywhere! Too expensive not to.
I wear mine as an everyday bag. I wear it mainly crossbody and occasionally grab it by the short handle. I love how versatile it is. Mine is the dark grey lambskin and still looks great after being used quite often these past couple months.
I finally saw a lady carrying one out on the airplane. Hers look like it was holding up well. It was a white large with no marks!
So far I’ve worn mine to a birthday party, a football party and grocery/target shopping
. Surprisingly it didn’t lookout of place in any of those settings. I like that’s it more casual than the classic. I can get more wear out of it!
