My SA gave me a white dustbag for mine- however I do not put my chain in the dust bag or in the bag - I store it standing up with a zoomoni organizer inside and tissue paper in the organizer. I have it on a self and leave the chain pulled out from the sides and leave it on felt behind the bag so it isn’t touching the bag and therefore is not denting or weighing the bag down. The chain handle I wrap with a small piece of flet and leave it hanging on the back of the bag.

Hi just recently bought my first 19 bag. Is there a right way to store the bag? I am storing it lying flat on the back due to concern the heavy chain handle may cause imprint on the bag and also the bag losing its structure. Thanks everyone

I might add the 19 only comes with a black drawstring - however I have had an SA for a long time and she gave me a white dust bag as a courtesy as she had one left over from another bag.

Hey everyone! I am warming up to the 19. For those who have had this bag for more than an year, how is the wear and tear? Does the bag get scratched easily and needs buffing? How is the overall structure holding up?

I would like to know too! I just warmed up to the 19 also and had one sent to me from NY. It is lambskin (wanted goatskin) but has not been produced for a while. My SA said the goatskin does winkle a lot especially after a year or too and I have seen this on Fashionphile. He also said the scratches can be rubbed out but not on the goatskin? Was actually sent one that was excellent like new condition but was winkled and slouched. Sent it back. However, I do not have any other Chanel Lambskin bags - would really like to know from those who have had theirs for a while.

Hi everyone! I recently found my dream bag, a gorgeous 19 maxi in light beige. I am not sure what leather it is, maybe any of you could help me? Bag is from October 2019, serial starts with 28. Please see photos. I thought it was lamb but read that all bags from 2019 should be goat? What do you think it looks like? I do not have the tag, but see the numbers on the receipt. Thanks

I'm 5'4, average build and love the large as a crossbody, it hits me at the hip.
