Your earrings are the shape of the jewelled drops on the scarf!

Yes, they do! I didn't buy the scarf with my earrings in mind but they make a great pair. I Love matching my earrings and my scarfs!

These two ladies designed less than 5 scarves each, and all of the designs are floral! Just right for this weekend when we celebrate Mother's Day!

Leila Menchari designed Regina with its bouquet of plants representing the UK and Jouvence which features handicraft flowers. I'm still looking for a Jouvence cw that I'll love, so here's Regina for now, in moussie stole format.

The other lady is Niki Goulandris who created three floral scarf designs. My first of her scarves was Fleurs d'Hellade in a yellow ochre.

I wasn't totally satisfied with it, and recently found the design in a second cw which perhaps will suit me better.

The second of her designs I bought is Flora Graeca in a sweet pink cw that was issued for a Japanese department store Seibu,

The third design - I will have to call on @Croisette7 for assistance  She has Oeillets Sauvages which depicts a profusion of the flower most associated with Mother's Day - carnations.

This is so lovely, xincinsin, looking at your photos makes me feel like being in a garden! The colours of the last cw are marvellous, it almost has a French Art Nouveau feel.

it does still look lovely! how I hate hem abuse, like do these people have no respect for scarf rights... so glad you were able to revive them though! hope your mom loves it, it looks great with those earrings.
Thank you so much, blydia! The flattening of hems should a made a punishable crime – particularly for people working at dry cleaners. I mean, they are the specialists!

Thanks! the earrings are actually made from some kind of resin. Found them at a little artsy shop, so no idea who made them.. but they are a similar off white like the scarf hem!

They really look great, it's a fun shape and a perfect fit with your scarf.

lettres gav today. Also next week it’s the third trimester.
Mama‘s been naughty recently, I may have reinvested some of my recently raised scarf funds and am now impatiently waiting for le scarf mail. Let’s just say I’m keeping the mailman busy

Oh yes, keeping the mailman busy is something I am gulity of, too. Congratulations to your pregnancy, you look great – both of you ;).

Beautiful!!

ohmigoodness - unexpected but absolutely fantastic!!
(and your earrings are perfect!)

Well done - that's how I have revived flat hems too - it just takes a bit of patience! :hugs:

Thank you so much, Cookiefiend! I love matching my scarfs and my earrings. Reviving hems is something I learnt about in this forum, I' really glad I came across this place and the wealth of information that is to be found here.

I’m off topic today in Tout en Carre:

Tout en Carre is fabulous against your shirt, you look so very chic! And Jeu de Soie is a great, graphic design; I really love your cw with the bright orange hem.

oh yes, a risk, but often it turns out great!

Thank you so much, Agrume!

Off topic, Beverly Hills mousseline (Enabled by the many gorgeous mousselines Awillow modelled - after I had rehomed my one large mousseline and decided not to buy this format any more). I love the light effects on the water this scarf shows, so in a way a little bit a scarf on site although half a globe away from sunny California).

This is quite a saga and a labor of love on your part! I think it is beautiful. A stunning design and I am a HUGE fan of mint green as a neutral. I know your mother will love it. I know I would. Also, I am so impressed with your brave patience restoring the hems!

Thank you, LKBNOLA, I'm really glad the hems could be restored – thanks to all the information I found on this forum. I had never thought of mint green as a neutral but I think you are right! I'm quite sure my mother will like it and if she doesn't, the scarf will sty with me. I like this design very much.

Winding up the theme with A L'Ombre des Pivoines and Faubourg Tropical. I have given my greem cw a lot of love on this thread but wanted to post this pretty tie of the white/ochre cw. It has been wonderful seeing so many "sister" designs this week with new inspiration for tying and styling.

They are both very sophisticated and elegant! I admire how you styled them and the floral scarf ring (?) on the Faubourg Tropical is a perfect fit!

A happy day! Scarf mail - my first new CSGM in quite a while, AND on theme too! Index Palmarum in the navy colorway. I love it!

Very elegant, Langsam! The contrast between the dark background and the light grey pattern is great.

End of long week, but finally a moment to relax, don a carrė, and wipe the mental whiteboard clean...Petit-Duc Bateau by Renonciat.

This is a great cw and it is a perfect fit with your sweater, hermesguy!

Hi everyone! Been a while since I've last visited here. Love seeing what everyone's been wearing!

Today, took out my newest carre...Mini Brides de Gala giant triangle.

What a grat look, heyheyse – both casual and elegant at the same time. I must try one of these giant triangles, your photo has convinced my now.

First, I want to thank you for so many likes.
And this is Robe du Soir. I purchased this scarf under influence of nice pics and reviews here. I take pictures of my scarves in action, so the pics are not always neat.

This is a beautiful outfit and perfect pattern mixing, Tasha1!

I love it with the mint background! You’ve styled it soooo prettily- how could Mom resist? :hbeat:

Thank you for your kind words, turfnsurf. And thank you again so very much for taking the time to authenticate the scarf for me!

Your necklace and your earrings are marvellous with your scarfs! Robe du Soir is a very interesing design and the different cws look like completely different scarfs.

gorgeous, this one! The only scarf of this season on my wishlist, but notoriously difficult to come by. Congratulations !
Me too, it got my attention right from the start! It finally popped up on the US h.com site last week and is still there, sorry that doesn't help you much.

Congratulations! .... It is wonderful!
Thank you, I'm so pleased with it! I can picture wearing this dressy or casual.

Very elegant, Langsam! The contrast between the dark background and the light grey pattern is great.
Thank you, it's a neutrals-lover's dream!
