Lip Lift in Korea?

I had a consultation for a lip lift at Hyundai and the first thing I noticed was how they photoshopped the scar in all of their pictures. I asked the consultant and she admitted to them blurring out the scars. bullhorn lip lift scaring is inevitable, but I think it's important for patients to see what type of scar they could end up with. Bullhorn lip lifts aren't really famous here because most doctors don't like the scar it leaves on the face, so I think you should stick to US doctors because they're more experienced in that department.
Who did you end up going to ? I'm looking for a genioplasty a lip lift fat grafting and eye work ...

Could you pm me ? I'd love to hear more about your experience. Who was your doctor ?
Hi dr song is the only doctor in the clinic call goldenview , he mainly doing liplift (skin and muscle) overall experience is really good , after care is also excellent, he speaks decent English, there a translator in the clinic name Christina, she is a nice girl . U can look at the IG for more photos name goldenviewsong

I had my bullhorn lip lift done twice. once in London at LBPS and it was not effective, and the scar was too low, not in the crease under my nose.
Then 2 years later I went to Wellness Kliniek in Genk, Belgium. Same procedure, good value, great results. (I cannot remember the prices but i was cheaper than the first one)
I cover my tiny scar with concealer. Nobody knows that I had this done its not noticable. Lip lifts can stretch back after a few months/years, this time I have had no problems and its been 4 years already. I recommend Wellness kliniek for bullhorn lip lifts

Hi Lexie351

Do you remember the name of the doctor ? And how much did you pay ? I found their homepage; they offer diff.procedures, also dental. But NOTHING on bullhorn, lip lift and similar ?

Depends what lip lift you are after. I’ve done A LOT of research into finding good clinics in korea for bullhorn lip lifts and the truth is i haven’t been able to. The results are far too subtle and/or the scar is too visible.
I would highly recommend Dr Miguel Mascaro from del Ray beach, Florida. His results are amazing and the scar is pencil thin. He also positions the scar so it’s under the shadow of your nose which makes it even less visible.

I would also be happy to find Liplift specialist in Korea.

Dr. Mascaro (Florida, US) is fully booked for this year for surgery: patients are on the waiting list. The closest date for now is November next year....The price has been increased accordingly... the price I was told before +1,500 which makes surgery kind of pricey: 4,300usd...
I have a feeling Korean plastic surgeons can make a great liplift as well, the question now is finding the doctor...

I'm interested as well.
I need a real lip lift (muscle too) maybe bullhorn technique, and also a mucosal incision on the lower lip to make it look thicker.
My philtrum makes me look +15year.. and my lips are dead thin

Really? That’s quite concerning as he’s meant to be the ‘king of Lip Lifts’ and the surgeon to go to get a discreet outcome. Have you raised your concerns with your scar to him?
Yes, I have. At first, he told me it was pretty good for an Asian. Later, he told me he can barely see it but if I want, he can laser the crap out of it again or he can cut me up again. I spoke with a bunch of girls who has gone to him and have the same issues. I am too afraid to go back and go through that recovery again.

can you please share what was the recovery??? I have researched pictures before/after: the change looks subtle on some girls while drammatic youthful on others on women of different races.. I am now thinking/brain-storming myself a lot while sitting in quarantine hotel in Seoul shall I do this kind of surgery or not. One PS told that due to my high mongolian cheeckbones structure, it is recommended not to do lip lift as it will result in deepening my nasolabial folds, and giving the opposite effect. Korean girls has much flatter faces vs mine, therefore they will benefit from lip-lift surgery, but not my type anatomy.. And now I am trying to predict if I can regret this surgery afterwards...

ouch, my translator would hate me if I ask her to schedule for Deessee consultation as well.. I am confused here: it seems they have same surgeons Dessee vs Huyndai Aesthetics??? I am afraid to double same doctors? Or are surgeons different? I want to decide on one. I am scheduled for my DES revision for Monday, therefore I need to make my decision/ chose the lip lift surgeon.. If it worth it? (I would hate not to be able eat/kiss/"lose" my lips functional mobility in general...

If you are paying your translator I'm sure they wouldn't mind. Treat them to a good lunch? lol
Right, I read about that also how one surgeon moved to the other clinic. *Deep sigh* Its like the more research done the deeper the rabbit hole gets.

Monday! that's tomorrow (at least where I am) Good luck, hope all goes well, and sending positive vibes!
