They are permanent and just like a facelift of course we age.. breast sag, eyes after eye lift will still sag… but once you cut skin, it’s gone forever. Filler can pull your lips down more.

That’s not true once you cut skin it’s not gone forever because skin is elastic it stretches! It will continue to sag and yeah if you overstuff with filler it will pull down but key is to enhance not overfill, and techniques like Russian lips inject the Cupid’s bow vertically not outward that’s what I’m trying next

Hi, I am heading to Florida this week and I am scared ****less. I have faith in Dr. Mascaro so I will try and remain optimistic. He is just going to cut the scar out and nothing more. I do not want to go any shorter. I was a candidate for a lip lift because my philtrum was over 20mm and I am in my late 40s. If you are young and just want your lips bigger, please don't do it.

Wanted to add onto this post to share the great experience I've had (at least so far
) with Dr. Lee Min Ah.
After having double jaw surgery, my upper lip curled into my mouth. So my surgeon told me I would need a lip lift for more upper teeth show and a fuller upper lip.

checked out K Couture's post about the lip lift – super informative. deesse plastic surgery also seems to have a good track record with lip surgeries from everything ive come across on threads and on reddit. Their B&A's look good too, there are not many on the site, but they share them on Kakao if you ask.
It's always reassuring when you see results that look natural and not like that over-the-top joker style. I guess it's a sign that they know their stuff
