Involuntary Coach ban support group

For anyone that deals with ebay, I was just wondering when you click the "ask ebay to step in", and it takes me right to my return details for an item I returned, do I assume that means they are alerted? It didn't give me any kind of confirmation but it did take me there after I chose for them to help. I think I have done this once before and it was the same way, but I can't remember.

I have an item where the seller was super responsive for the sale, but not so much for the return. They have had the item since Thursday, and I have messaged them twice with no response. So, hoping this will move things along.

I don't think that worked. You should get an email that says you asked us to step in, and a message that the seller has x number of days to respond. It might be too early for ebay to step in. What did it say on the request as to when the seller has to give you a refund? You could always call. Once I had a seller that couldn't give the refund, although she tried, and she told me just to go ahead and escalate. It does give the seller a defect on her account if you do.

I think you are right. The step in option should have been at that purchase. I wonder if it will be there tomorrow after the day they expect my refund to be done. I am mainly annoyed because I hate when someone suddenly doesn’t answer messages once they have to give money back. It has been sitting there delivered for 3 days. I always pay immediately so it is annoying to wait and not hear anything.

Sometimes sellers take the money out of paypal immediately and then have to wait until it transfers back in before they can issue the refund. I don't agree with this practice. I always leave some money in paypal in case I have to give a refund.

You need it! I have the Katie style and it's so pretty! Order it! They are going for more than retail on eBay. So basically you won't find it later at Brahmin's asking price!

I agree, the finish is amazingly beautiful! I find Brahmin fairly reasonably priced compared to Coach.

Opened email this morning, and seller did the refund at the last minute on the date set for projected refund. Glad it was finally done.

I'm glad you found one! We have a 20 lb. turkey too. I think it will last just a few days here. Lol!
