I want to give a special shout out to perfumegirl for finding this for me!

This became a Grail for me several months ago when I "slept on" the decision to buy it and missed out. It seems to be a not commonly seen cw.

It's a much softer design than I am used to and am going to need to play with what it goes best with. I don't think charcoal is the answer. Trying chocolate brown next. I feel like it's getting a bit lost with my high contrast coloring.

But, it's beautiful and I adore it and thanks again perfumegirl for finding it! [emoji8]

Les Amazones. Don't know cw but it's lavender, cornflower blue, and loads of browns and greiges.

Pirula I think your eye is used to seeing yourself in brighter scarves and that's why you feel unsure.
In fact this is a beautiful scarf and I'm sure if it looks fab with your dark hair .
I think pieces with a lot of grey don't look good with grey itself .
I would go for a tonal match , something soft with the same intensity as the design maybe a tan, ochre or mustard if you can bear those colours!

This is absolutely beautiful! May I make a suggestion, how about trying it with Lilac?

Thank you dear frou frou. I think you're right that I'm not used to seeing myself in these soft colors. Tan, ochre, and mustard are actually not great colors on me. But I see where you're going with this; I have a camel sweater I'm going to try it with. I never wear it because camel. But! Perhaps with my scarf near my face it will be a brilliant solution. I'll report back! Traveling presently, but soon.

Thank you periogirl! I have one soft lilac-y sweater and will absolutely try it and see.

I also think this is going to be a great one with denim. Agreed?

Oh yes, denim for sure!

I'm too tired to model so I'm letting ms Kelly GT do it for me. I missed out on one of these on eBay a few weeks ago. Good thing because I found this less expensive one. LFASDV. I think I have good scarf luck. I'm not sure DH agrees. [emoji23]View attachment 3305574

You have fabulous scarf luck, Pup!! This cw blew out at retail. I know a number of folks who would love a back up of this one. I love black/white scarves and I am fine with grey added, but those don't come around much in H land - someone always throws in gold or another color that makes the scarf unwearable for me.

Enjoy this treasure! You have inspired me to dig mine out - once the endless rain is over...
