Thank you papertiger. No, not yet. It arrived, I wore it once, and had to go out of town. I will try with ivory, though the background is really more the palest possible lavender misty shade.

Sounds so beautiful! I think you could wear a whole range of pale/neutral colours with it.

I'm glad you understand about contrast, not many people do.

Hi all, here is my grail scarf - Feux D'Artific in my favorite cw and jacquard :smile1: Being 'vintage' with stains, it needs a good delicate hand wash.

I want to give a special shout out to perfumegirl for finding this for me!

This became a Grail for me several months ago when I "slept on" the decision to buy it and missed out. It seems to be a not commonly seen cw.

It's a much softer design than I am used to and am going to need to play with what it goes best with. I don't think charcoal is the answer. Trying chocolate brown next. I feel like it's getting a bit lost with my high contrast coloring.

But, it's beautiful and I adore it and thanks again perfumegirl for finding it! [emoji8]

Les Amazones. Don't know cw but it's lavender, cornflower blue, and loads of browns and greiges.

I have learned a new grail. Thanks for sharing and congrats!

Very pretty on you. This is also one of my favorite designs, in a 90, plisse and a twilly:D

Yes, it looks great in plisse and twilly too!
