Have we seen all your new HG scarves cavalla? Please share;)

You're right. My bad.. I've been traveling quite a bit so haven't gotten time to start enjoying them (or let the guilt sink in is another way to describe it :p:p).

I got an Indian Dust (the beige with blue and golden dust, maybe I can convert hubby into a man with silk scarf with this?), a beloved India (orange and green), Brandebourgs in beige and black (a friend snatched it up for me when they re-surfaced in Europe a couple of months back), la femme aux semmelles de vent (with brown border), and a Jardin Anglais mousseline I found when I had a stopover at Abu Dhabi airport.

It might not be a practical idea, but Abu Dhabi airport is a hidden gem for scarves! I've been looking for mousselines with little success in the states, in Germany, at FSH and Sevres, but there they have Jardin Anglais in pink, in blue, in yellow and at least 5 other different mousselines to choose from. I don't know if they have different inventory to cater the local market better or is it possible that they receive the shipment later than other countries so they still have them when they're sold out else where? I always find some sought after items there.

I went a bit crazy with scarves in November and December (along with the current season ones I got). Now it's time for me to slow down and start to put them in use...

PT - congrats on your mint napoleons. I'm also a sucker for a bee motif so can understand your desire to hunt those down.

I have something to share with you all today. No, Coup de Fouet has not shown up yet. But I am super excited about that one.

The same enabler ... Who shall not be named ... Oh what the heck ... I'm outing her! ... PbP ... (Watch out people she will cost you) alerted me that this one was available. I've always been interested in it because how could I not love a scarf that's called J'aime mon carre? Here it is.

Ok. If only I could be her and wear scarves as tops braless! Not going to happen ever! Unless miracle surgery is performed first.

That's ok. I'll settle for her flair and joie de vivre pose.

Beautiful photos my twin. Can't wait for modeling photos to see how you wear this one. I will of course be copying you. It's a given. I'm oh so happy to have cost you a very small fraction of what you have cost me. Someday I'll add it up. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Now I have to find a reason to visit Abu Dhabi! I love the mousselines - I have been lusting after them after seeing so many gorgeous pieces on the Mai Tai Collection blog, particularly the 'Au coeur de la Vie' mousseline PM. I think that might be my grail scarf. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Congrats MYH. I,am also lookîng for this very cw.

My favourite design [ I know I say that about all of them , even so this is stellar] I have two and find them the easiest for a casual day worn with a light sweater or shirt .
The black is great , never looked at it much and now I see it's one fabulous c'way .
I'm in black and charcoal with beige suede ankle boots today and wore a magenta Perspectives but the a coloured scarf spoilt the edgy urban vibe I'm after.
This would have been perfect!

I got it! The highest of my grails. You guys will probably be like huh? But I wanted it from the moment I saw it. I think on tango tosca.

I had an older sister when I was young back in the late 60s early 70s. I idolized and adored her like all little sisters do. She was pretty and smart and sweet. And she wore the coolest outfits. Just like the girls in printemps ete 69 automne hiver 70. And of course it had to include Colvert.

Congratulations it's wonderfully chic on you and especially knowing your personal story for wanting it .
I tried it at the time it was in store and wavered , but I was a good girl in those days and bought rather infrequently!

Thanks pirula and frou frou. I wish I could show such restraint frou frou. I have to credit my puppy. He woke me up at 4 am one morning and there it was for $138 on eBay from Japan! It got here so quickly.

This is such a gorgeous colorway!!!! You wear it well [not that I'm surprised because you wear everything well!] and it's nice that it has such a personal story behind it. :D
