Scarves Your Grail Scarf

Thank you! That's really sweet of you. We'll be based in Bangalore. I mainly visited the North and the West on my previous trips so I didn't know that much about the South, but I used H as my travel guide on my last trip, i.e., exploring the chevre leather regions/cities, getting inspired by the scarf stories, and so far it's helped me to get acquainted with the area so I'll continue doing that!

Looks like we enjoy some similar themes, I should follow your collection, maybe I'll get some inspirations from you--as if there are not already enough scarves out there that we want!

OMG OMG OMG!!

For all my fellow C'est la Fete lovers, H has released a new Daisuke Nomura design!! It's called Caducee Rock and whilst it is not AS wonderful as CLF, it's still pretty fabulous and features similar design motifs. The colorways fabulous as well. However, it's a CSPM [in the men's dept I believe they are 100cm rather than the 90s that they used to have back in the day for ladies] so I may have to wait and see if it is re-issued in a 70 or 90 as I prefer all silk.

Here you go! I am not posting a full photo of the scarf flat due to the snakes. My aunt has a snake phobia so I understand completely! There are scales visible in the modeling shot, however - I hope that does not bother anybody, but please let me know if it does and I will remove it.

There are some details in this scarf that might appeal to fans of C'est la Fete - skulls in particular. I have included a photo of the scarf tied, plus some details of the corners in a bias fold. Please pardon my casual t-shirt!

Hi cavalla, I own CW# 10 Violet/Orange/Vert, and CW #07 Bordeaux/Vert/Mauve. The Bordeaux was a huge surprise for me. I usually stay away from anything in the red, orange or pink CW's do tho my coloring. But, my SA urged me to try it. And, he was right it looked great! I was wanting the green originally. But, I do own a lot of green. So, the Bordeaux was something new for my waredrobe. I love your CW, too! They really came out with so many wonderful CW's for this design. I NEVER thought I would spend the money to own TWO of the same design in CSGM. But, I did I am a rather newbie to H scarves and CSGM's ( 1 1/2 years). So, my collection isn't very big. But, I'm working on it
We do seem to like similar themes! Which is so fun...I love gaining insight and inspiration from my fellow scarfies! I would be honored if I could ever inspire anyone else. You are right though...I don't think either one of us needs to add more wants to our scarf list. But, we will...

This is one of the many reasons I love TPF. We all bring such a different eye to every situation and scarf

I really enjoyed everyone's pix of C'est la fete. I have the surteint in CW15 still in the box with the tags on because I wasn't convinced it was the right CW for me. Now I know it's true!! The blue, prune, gris, or ciel CWs would be much better, so now the hunt is on!

I don't mind having a long wishlist. I think I would panic if I'd achieved all my grails!

I do love the surteints, but they are quite dark and you can't really see the design when they're worn. The four CWs you mention are much more high-contrast and readable. Glad you enjoyed the photos! Happy hunting!

Each hold 10 90s. They work for all sizes including 140s. I'm keeping the csgm and moussies in their boxes. They are so delicate.

Yes the terra cotta was very very similar except the border. If you have Amex use the app to down load a $50 off promotion for real real. It ended up costing me 130 for that scarf. I felt badly sending it back for that! It was in great condition. No box though.
