I have no doubt that some resellers are using the forum in that way. Whenever a certain scarf , especially an older design, is applauded on a scarf thread, as surely as night follows day certain resellers trot it out at an outrageous price.
They are parasites , but symbiotic ones ….how else would we acquire our grails :wondering
I'll let you know if I see one here .Why not ask your H to do a search , they often turn up things from past seasons .
Do you have the number of the c'way , just remind me ?
This is very true frou frou. I've noticed it as well. It's almost like clockwork. The latest was yesterday's H Beverly Hills coming up on eBay. It happens too often to be a coincidence.
That's a good idea Honeylocks. Thegriswolds and I (with the help of PbP's SA in DC) were able to do exactly that. And I know that PbP also found a very difficult moussie this way. Call your SA and ask them to put on a search! You never know. It's not like De La Mer is that old. We saw two or three when we were in DC earlier this month.
These are both fabulous! I do love the fresh colors on that FdI!
Here's to latest grail arriving today!![]()
I have a folder called "wishlist" on my Phone, it contains pictures of the things I want to have and screenshots of the maison des carres-site in order to have all the numbers.
But there are only consignment shops close by, they cannot search the others and in the next country they told me "all sold out"... So the pursuit of the grail makes me discover more of Europe...
The discussion about resellers is interesting. Have you read "Bringing home the Birkin" by Michael *******? I had so much fun doing so

edit: fun how the authors name is automatically made into *****
