The scarf was won on eBay about a week before the Hubby-Like Object took the picture. He knew nothing about the scarf at the time. Neither did the new kitty, Miss Beemer. :smile1:

One of life's great coincidences. Hubby is impressed, but Beemer could care one way or the other. It's just another scarf to her. :nogood:

Cave Felem! Not a bad price...we'll see what it gets too! I'd love it but, am waiting to get into the city to buy a couple of things...so not for me (the colorway is TDF!)

Glad to be here, believe me. The Hubby is most understanding about many things, but he doesn't generally really "get" the scarves except by considering them as investments. The Cave scarf, however, he understood immediately as a Cool Thing in its Own Right. ;)

It's from 2002, but I wasn't into scarves until a couple of years ago and recently came across Legende de Kuna which I'm DYING for because in addition to it being BEAUTIFUL, I'm also from Panama.

I'd love to get 2 of the same colorway of this scarf and frame one of them.

I adore this scarf. :love: DH and I met as students in Rome and I love all of Hermes' classical designs. This is such an appealing colorway, too. :drool:

For all you scarfies whose grail is Cave Felem ... seller ticklepie (known to sell authentic) has a BIN on eBay right now, in the black and gold colorway. It's pricey but really gorgeous.

In addition to what I've stated in my signature I'm also looking for Reve d'Australie in either the gold or coffee colorways. I finally was able to purchase one in the navy colorway and I love it. Just thought I'd post this to see what ebay offers up.
