Yes because they GUARANTEE that their apparel won't pill. Normally it starts to pill a month after I start wearing it, so I just go back and exchange it for a new pair.

Oh hmm... That's interesting. Do you mind me asking what kind of detergent you use? So far my only gym clothes has been the vsx line from Victoria's Secret and have never had issues (or clothing in those type materials) so I'm surprised ... Anyway you got me interested in trying out the brand.

In my workout clothing section I have:
Under Armor
Nike
Zella
Super 8
Champion (Target)
New Balance (just a jacket)

I buy most of my stuff at TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Then comes Target and Sports Authority or Dicks Sporting Goods.

Like many people said, I vote Nike! I have quite a few pairs of running tights but my Nikes are my most comfortable. They have held up well, unlike some of my others. I also like the pullovers and Ts. I get most of my Nike at TJ Maxx or Marshall's when I shop IRL or 6pm.com.

Is Under Armour worth the price? How about Lululemon? If not, I'm gonna just stick to my favorites as of now...

I love Under Armour and also the Nike Pro line!! Both are super comfy and hold up well. Lululemon is my favorite because their things are so cute that you don't have to wear them just to workout. I wear Lulu almost everyday actually.

I have workout wear from Nike, Lululemon, adidas, North Face.

I also have quite a bit from Champion (Target) and JCP Xersion makes cute stuff really inexpensive. I wear the JCpenny items the most. Washed a lot of times and still looks great.

I'm probably in the minority here but I prefer my workout clothes to be cotton, not polyester or nylon but unfortunately (for me anyway :)) most brands these days stick with the synthetic fabrics so it's getting more and more difficult to fine cute workout clothes.

1. Bloch for dancing, wearing under martial arts gis (suits) and yoga

I have had some stuff I have been wearing reg for 10 years

2. SKINS for running

If you can get hold of them they sell out so fast in the smaller sizes. They make 2 separate fits for women depending what shape you are as well as size.

3. Nike - running shoes, I have been around the world and back - just stay away from their horrible shade of pink

4. Stella McCartney for Adidas - the occasional stand out piece

5 Le Coq Sportif

6. Repetto - not just for shoes ;)

I personally stick with Nike everything. You can always find it for a reasonable price at places like Sports Authority and the Nike outlet. Their running shorts and tanks with built in sports bras are my go-tos for working out at the gym. I don't like wearing anything other than shorts to work out in.

I LOVE all my Nike stuff. My fave is the Soft Hand tops. Gawd they are so soft. I also have got alot of the ThermaFit and HyperWarm stuff at Marshalls for like $24.99 and $19.99 depending on what you find. SO check those stores too for better savings compared to SA and the outlets.

Also Nike has 25% off clearance every now and then, thats when I would score alot too.

You use/wear something for a year then return it? And that's something you have done frequently? I've never had exercise clothes type materials pill but that's not the point....

LLBean is like that too. They stand behind their products and if you feel it didnt last or perform they take it back no questions asked.

Cotton doesnt wick for me at all. I get saturated when I run. I run on my treadmill in my basement with our wood stove going which makes it about 90 degrees. If I ran in cotton the saturated fabric would weigh me down. Do you find that it does that to you?

I think new fabrics are trying to be lightweight and wicking the wet material off your skin so you dont feel icky.

I love Under Armour Cold Gear for Running. And I just got the best jacket from LLBean too, the Ascent, which is great!

I don't do a lot of running, mostly aerobics/toning classes at the gym with AC on, maybe that's why I don't feel like cotton weighs me down. I feel like all the synthetic fabrics are not breathable in a way cotton is.

I'm not a runner. I walk and do gym stuff. I do like Lululemon because of their feminine/"unique" takes on workout gear.

I bought a bunch of UnderArmour stuff at their outlet store. Not sure if it's last season stuff or they have stuff made for the outlet. It's also sometimes available at TJMaxx/Marshall's. Mostly basic stuff, but they sometimes have something cute.

I have like two cute items from Lucy (a fitted jacket, and a really adorable long-sleeved top). I find their jackets to be sometimes cute. I have two compression-like tops that I really liked and used frequently.

While I've never bought anything from there, I did check out Athleta when they opened B&M locations around me. I didn't like it. I can't speak for longetivity, but I felt like the material was cheaper looking to me.

I have a couple of Nordstrom Zella stuff too. It's a pretty blatant Lululemon rip-off, but the quality is pretty decent. My purchases were on sale (a cute sports bra top) or (rarely) at the Nordstrom Rack.

Well, it was overpriced to begin with but I loved it anyway. But I've noticed lately that their stuff isn't nearly as good quality and it's just become more expensive.

Are there any other brands that come out with cute workout clothes that are nice quality? I also liked how lululemon's size 2 was very small (I need a very small size for sports bras) and most other brand's size XS bra usually is still too loose on me.
