I literally posted the thread within a few hours of receiving the Hermes email.
To count, Hermes and I have emailed back and forth 17 times now.
!
You said you literally posted the thread within a few hours of receiving the Hermes email.
That mean you have started the tread in Monday 2 April several hours after you got email from Hermes. You want to said that you got email from Hermes on 2 April Easter Monday which is National holiday ? I don't think so
Also you said you and Hermes have emailed back and forth 17 times until now which is 3-4 mails at day ? I don't think so
For the time frame you got the bag I only will say

My doubts are so strong not only because your statements without any proof but also because I see the bag in the link and I know what I see.
I'm sure you will not post any letter from Hermes with PICTURES as proof. It will be the first AUTHENTIC letter from Hermes which I saw in my life.
Just to warn you using fake letters to discredit someone or get refund is a crime.

P.S I said I will not post anymore and will wait proof but couldn't resist at that.

Have read through this post and I’m amazed at the negative comments!
I can't agree more. Altho I would probably describe the earlier comments as 'skeptical'; which got addressed as soon as OP clarified the whole "where's your post on the authentication thread" thing. There really is only one user that keeps on hammering the point (which I believe nobody buys) about her "skepticism". Altho, tbh if you go through this user's past posts she does have the history of engaging in discussions like this (while being called out for the lack of credibility herself).

OP, I hope you get your money back, and aren’t put off from posting by the bizarre hostility in this thread.

I have regularly had EMS shipments from japan in my hands in the US in two days. Even without those experiences, I hope I wouldn’t tirelessly accuse a poster of lying without empirical proof. Good luck with your debacle with the bag. :flowers:

I agree -- unless a person had some personal interest that he or she is not revealing -- maybe it's time to people to turn their skepticism toward some of the nasty accusers here. What's their beef? Why are they investing so much time investigating this issue on their own? Why won't they disclose if they have a relationship to the sellers? I could go on.....

I am truly sorry about the OP's experience and hope the situation is resolved with a refund.

I joined this forum years ago and enjoyed the support we gave one another; however, something changed as is evidenced by some of the comments we see on this thread. I was scammed by a tpf member several years ago, my feedback tarnished despite having photos as proof there was no basis for said member's accusation. Lesson learned post and be prepared for the possibility of encountering a s storm. OP, I wish you well!

OP, I hope you'll get the resolution you are hoping for.
I have been a lurker of Purseblog forums and threads for few years now, but only become a member last year (I think). The amount of lovely sympathies and vitriols can be equal sometimes when it comes to bag-related experiences that the majority have not heard of or gone through. But of course this is why forums and threads such as yours exists, to educate us readers and increase our chances to hopefully avoid the same misfortune.

I for one will follow the thread with popcorn on my side and hope that I'll learn something from the volley of comments/suggestions/snide opinions etc. But again, I do hope you'll get the resolution you are hoping for.

Edit: just saw that I've been a member since 2015, lols, and to the poster above me, what a coincidence, POPCORN!

I think you need to rephrase your question. I’ll help you... Who does authentications for Reebonz?
:winkiss:
Yep, I think that's the question.
If someone has 80 posts on the forum and at least half of them are bashing Authenticate4U or insisting that the OP here is scamming Reebonz....

It's just popcorn time, that's all.

OP, I hope all goes well for you.

For the second time I'm not affiliated with Reebonz and Brandoff in any way. I just asking logic questions here. And dont ask me here more personal questions related with my job.

TBH, from the link that OP shared, I thought it looks “off” to me. BUT I am NO expert at all and most probably going to get flamed for opening my big mouth. “Who does she think she is”, “she knows nothing at all” yeah yeah yeah I get it. I have the same sentiments as most, that there are so many negative comments. I have not been scammed for a bag but I have been scammed for a pair of earrings but luckily I got my money back. If anyone is interested to hear, let me know. OP, I know I asked several questions in this thread and truly appreciate u answering them. I just hope that you get this resolved.

Wow your combativeness is next level! There is so much animosity to your doubts and surely, you can see that others have picked up on this too? The more you write the poorer you portray your character. However, I have no fear because I’m speaking the truth so nothing you do can ‘catch me out.’

Regarding the Easter Monday email you are wrong because there is a thing called time zones and I’m from Australia as already mentioned somewhere in the thread so it was a Tuesday when I received the email.

Regarding the 17 emails, you will recall I was frequently chasing the quote for the repair so the emails had started way before me receiving their email about inauthenticity.

I worry that you claim to be an authenticator because there have been other comments already about the questionable nature of the bag Reebonz sold as per the link yet you keep saying everything seems fine.

Now you’re going so low as to suggest the letter will be fake! I now understand you have absolutely no interest in the actual truth but have already decided everything I’m saying is a lie so nothing will satisfy you.

I highly doubt on brandoff Hongkong seriously. I have bought a chanel perfume minaudiere from them via Reebonz website. Upon inspection, I realized it was missing a hotstamp on the hardware plus no authenticity card or hologram. I message in to brandoff and the answer I got was they had been around for years and this is authentic, blah blah. Hello, it’s missing the hotstamp supposedly on the hardware, it’s clearly a good fake. When I asked again about the hotstamp they stopped replying. So I just opt for return. After returning, they continue to list the item up. Despite me writing to Reebonz letting them know, nothing was done. It was still listed. I have attached the photos. So what if they are reputable? There’s still a risk you’ll get fake items.

Did you have this item authenticated before returning? This bottle model from Cruise 2014 is not supposed to come with a hologram sticker, or authenticity card. It has a very small oval authenticity stamp, like the ones you see on Chanel's costume jewelry. It's pretty well hidden and you can only see it when you open the bottle/bag. It's located by the female part of the push lock closure. It's very small and easily missed. So if you were looking for a hologram sticker and CHANEL MADE IN stamp that you would normally see in bags, it's a good thing you couldn't find any. You weren't supposed to.

I need to apologize and correct myself here. I did some searching and you're right. Certain bags did seem to come with the sticker attached to the card. This is so so strange, 'cause mine came with everything, but the card and sticker and I purchased it straight from the boutique. Since the bag is made of clear pexiglass (that doesn't have the leather interior like the black version), the oval stamp was present, and I bought it straight from Chanel, I never felt my purchase was missing anything. Since this is a collector's item, I had no problem selling this bag a few years later for the price I bought it for, despite the lack of card and sticker, but I guess the receipt could have made a difference.
The authenticity card with sticker attached to it still strikes me as strange from Chanel; not sure how that goes to proof anything about the authenticity of the bag itself, 'cause you can just lose the card and sticker, or sell them with an counterfeit version of this bag, but that is a topic for another day.
I don't know if you haven't looked in the right place for the oval stamp (which is the only real proof of authenticity for this bag), or that it simply wasn't there. If there's no authenticity stamp found by the lock, I can understand you returning the bag.
I'm just very surprised to hear about Brandoff selling fakes. I've always found them very reliable.

I don't think that just because you think the Birkin is authentic, you're automatically affiliated with Reebonz, but are you a Hermes authenticator? Do you think that the Birkin is authentic based on the pictures? Are you doubting Hermes (who says that the bag is fake), or the OP?

It's too bad this bag hasn't been authenticated by Bababebi, as I'd love to hear her take on this bag.
