Did you try soap (actually I use dishwashing liquid) with water and try rubbing it in a circular motion with a soft cloth.

It looks like the coating peeling off of your canvas. I would take into an LV store and have them take pics and send to quality control this ia a known issue on the canvas.
I guess I need to learn more about the brand and shouldn’t give advice if I don’t know what I’m talking about.

I remember i saw the marks after I used leather conditioning wipes I wonder if that is a coat made from the wipes? Whenever I use the leather conditioning wipes on my other leather bags, it makes the leather shiny.. so perhaps this a coat or residue of that wipe?
i took it to the store and its the same thing they said that perhaps the canvas is falling apart, but they were not sure.

kbell is right, you shouldn't use leather products on canvas.
Maybe it is just the leather conditioner dried in the texture of the canvas?

You know with my old preloved bags that I don’t have anymore (Gave them to my daughter), I used vinyl conditioning wipes from the auto parts store.
They worked great.

It does look like peeling, or the start of peeling. What bag is this? Some are more prone to peeling and have known issues.
Hello, its is an Alma PM. It is made 2005. If its peeling then I wonder why the SAs from the store couldnt say it with certainty. I did tell them i wiped it with Meguiars leather conditioning wipes and thats when i started seeing these marks and that made them unsure. I only used the wipes once..

I only use alcohol free baby wipes to clean any residue off my coated canvas bags and I buff dry with a microfiber cloth.
