White marks on Mono Canvas...

It looks like you scraped against a white wall and there was some paint transfer. This has happened to me before, and IMHO has nothing at all to do with the bag.

Try gently erasing it with a white eraser...if that doesn't work, try applying a damp cloth, holding it on there for a bit, and then use your fingernail to scrape it off.

I don't think this is an issue that warrants a return.

i don't believe it the eraser worked thank you !!

You're welcome! So glad it worked! :D

This is exactly why I love TPF !!!! :D:D:D

OP, I'm happy it came off!

it could be from your wall. if you placed it in your closet, the paint could have rubbed off on the canvas.

I just bought the pochette. Its brand New but date code 5007, & according to seller, she never used it.
I have been wiping it with damn clothes, its gone when wet but when its dry, the marks come back. It not that obvious but yes its there. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1366418148.373536.jpg

Not sure if its mold?? Is anyone have the same problem? How do you clean it?

Have you tried wiping it with a non alcohol wipes? I had something like that in my preloved epi noe (i dont know if its the same as your) I just rub it with wipes. It takes time to do the rubbing tho. But maybe it's worth a try? :)

I've removed marks like this before with a soft face-cloth. Just dampen it a little, wrap it around your finger and rub relatively vigorously. What happens is the marks tend to sit in the little bumps in the canvas and that's the area you need to target, if that makes sense. It may take some time but they do come out.

I have had these same white marks! A few of my mono bags have had white spots that I can wipe off a million times, and when it dries the spots come back. I had one on a bag that I could not get off, and finally I just took a cloth with hot soapy water and scrubbed the heck out of it. I think that did end up working.

Try water, sometimes a baby wipe just doesn't cut it.
