This is my favourite TPF scarf week ever: I don't want it to end ..all these scarves I've seen online but never seen close up and personal !
Thankyou Tango Tosca for your hard work in compiling this list , I'd no idea there were so many designs . Your knowledge of Hermes is endless and you make it all so FUN

Thans for your lovely comments Hair-mess, Sushi Queen, Bienchen, fritillaryB, Ladybaga, Euridice, etoile de mer, Bond7girl

Hair-mess I do love the way you wear Poneys de Polo with pale grey and tan , cool.
Great knot too , must have a fiddle.

Deborah Wow , stunning look : very young Parisian .You look radiant again.

Euridice Just divine , the Pysche large silk , a completely different take to JulianF s neutrals . Very rich vibrant colours : why haven't we seen this one in store ?
You were lucky to find it.

Lanit This D DE CM is one many of us would love to find . I've never seen this ivory version before so thanks for showing it . Very lovely on you .
Any luck with a monkey yet?

hermesguy great colourway of Le Tarot it lights up your face ....

FritillaryB I also loved this Epices scarf the minute I saw it on MaiTai's blog . I'd also seen it on another blog in a tan/rust c'way and loved that too .
I would so love to be able to wear these pale neutrals well , but it will never happen ! I just don't suit them and envy you ladies who can .

Tango Tosca Looking cool and elegant in your blue/silver T R This is a heavenly design , and I still yearn for one , but again none of the c'ways worked for me .

La Vie en Rose I'm thrilled to learn about a new [for me] scarf , Ors Nomades any chance of an action shot / flat shot , it looks fascinating.

MetzFan Lovely colours in your Petit Main and all the tiny objects are so cute . I imagine you get many compliments when you wear this.

Bond7Girl Love to see some more of Astres et Soleils Finesse if you can !
I was rereading the thread and realised I haven't told you how much I liked your straw hat wearing Amours ...really fetching!

etoile de mer Welcome , and congratulations on finding a tres chic gavroche .
Adorable little monkeys , and you wear it beautifully.
No Annie Faivre ? We'll soon change that !

Sushi Queen Hope you find an Annie Faivre to love soon.Oh ...just seen you have GF bangle , that's so pretty - love the speckled bit on it.

Bienchen

Euridice, Lovely Psyche, and so glad you were able to find a replacement!

Thank you!

Dear Euridice, here is a picture of part of the Petite Main. It's a favorite of mine even though it's old and very soft.

Thanks so much for the picture! This is outstanding, I love the colors and design. WOW!

Euridice, the monkey on Amours is just below the petal on the basket brim. Well, it's more of a Cheshire monkey as all you see it's its grinning face. Never enough of Brazil on this thread, really! One of the most iconic designs to me, in all its incarnations - and yours is so cozy. And you were closer than your SA, Psyché is psee-shay ;)

Yes, I see it now! Thanks! Oh, and thanks for the pronunciation on Psyché ! I knew that acute was on there for a reason. :p

While I have yet to collect any Annie Faivre scarves, I do have some monkeys to contribute this week!

AWESOMENESS! I adore this pochette.

Trésors Retrouvés action picture vis the work around :(

Thanks for persevering, it's so beautiful on you, and love the way you are wearing it.

I do have her Grands Fonds bangle though!

Well, let's see it!! :D Seriously! It counts!

Some Monkeys for the scarfies, and thank you all for the compliments on the Reve and Marwari! Here are the details and snaps requested by Metzfan. I am still looking for any possible simian sightings on the Grand Fonds for Scarfie. I am twins with Euridice on the Domes Celestes today.

Wow, your Marwari has such awesome colors! I hope some day to have this design. Love your Domes Celestes---think you mean Fritillary as twins? (I know, we're twins on so many other things these days!)

Euridice Just divine , the Pysche large silk , a completely different take to JulianF s neutrals . Very rich vibrant colours : why haven't we seen this one in store ?
You were lucky to find it.

Thank you so much! Yes, these colors are a totally different take on this design. There were just a few left when my SA searched for it, I think. I have this ability to decide I want something only to find out there is just one left in the country!!

Ballet Russe, which I have never thought of as a spring scarf, but it seems to work with the orange shirt (which is a touch iridescent in "real" light)...3 more Faivres to go in inventory, but tomorrow will be a "pass" due to municipal jury duty.

Today it was downright cold this morning (yay!). You know what that means: Cashmere/silk shawl time!! Woo hoo!!

I have my HG La Charmante aux Animaux, which is one of my very favorite designs. When I first started going to the H boutique as opposed to the crapshoot of ordering online, I learned that the store didn't have this CW anymore. Since then, I had wistfully viewed it on the H site for like, more than a year it seems. I guess there were other things I wanted that I could see in person, but I still yearned.

Oh! The yearning.

Well, in December 2011 or so, I was at a store event watching a scarf tying demonstration, and the SA whipped out this exact shawl for the demo! I was like---hey, that's the shawl I've wanted for the longest time!! I was completely shocked. It had been on hold and just released into the wild, so to speak (back into the store's available stock, that is).

I had it put aside, since in person I wasn't 100% sure, but when I went back and looked at it with my SA in January, and learned there were not that many left, I took it home with me.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shawl!! The corner designs have red and brown with the gold, then the middle parts have a couple of oranges, blue, and teal. Here I have it kinda cowboy style, very comfy!! Then, I untied and let it hang so the design goodness would show more.

Thank you for letting me share. I can't wait for next fall so I can wear my shawls again!!:graucho:

FABULOUS!! Oh my, the colors, just fabulous! I hope this doesn't mean you won't wear a Faivre for jury duty. You'll owe us two on Thursday! :D

Happy Birthday, sparklelisab!

lanit - You are the Queen of Annie Faivre! Especially love your Reves de Corail!

Hermesguy - great spring look (GREAT orange shirt!) - enjoy jury duty :D

Euridice - Fantastic colors in your beautiful GM - lovely cosy spring look (not every spring day is warm!!)

For the first apparition of the famous monkey, I think that was on the Tournez Manege (1989). The president of H, Jean-Louis Dumas is depicted as a Tiger, in his Chinese astrological sign, and Annie as a monkey there.

I have not idea where the monkeys on my scarf are then!

Okay, well, that would answer the question of the missing monkeys on your scarf, Rose. There aren't any! Etendards et Banniers is from 1984, the second design Annie Faivre ever did for Hermes.
