Many thanks to Frou Frou, MetzFan, Iris, Bienchen, La Vie en Rose, and Tango for your kind comments on my Jardins d'Hiver and Recontre Oceane.

Here is an Annie Scarf that I do not wear very often. It is one of those scarves that looks completely different when tied in different directions. I like to wear it with the pinks and lavenders showing (as in the first photo). But I actually think the oranges and golds are the more beautiful colors in this scarf. I would love to see other colorways modeled because I think this is one of the best Annie scarves. Here is Les Domes Celestes in Aubergine:

I am super behind on comments. Thank you to everyone for my Mustangs and double red scarf days.

FritillaryB, I crown you, the "Annie Faivre" Queen!:queen: Your collection is outstanding and you wear them so well.

Irisj LOVE your CenC with your outfit. Swoon worthy!

Ever since I've started working, I'm hopelessly behind. But I've been zipping through and seeing all the beautiful looks! Wish I had more time...

...just got my hands on my first giant silk twill. Psyche. From last season, I think, and it's JUST hitting the stores. H is hopelessly behind. I decided on this instead of the Ex Libris cashmere shawl because the CWs it comes in is toxic on me. Pity. I love those cashmeres...but silk will do just fine.

This Psyche is a lovely neutral design - I've been lusting for it for a while. I love the fact that the CW (No.3) is Etoupe/Noir/Vert...the Etoupe background is almost pearlescent. It reflects light beautifully (although looks pinkish in the photo below d/t overhead lighting)...

Just yummy!

Keep those looks coming, ladies! Although I'm MIA and can't really chat - you do inspire me every day!

julian.f Congratulations on your neutral Psyche! You look absolutely gorgeous in these colors! (Love our H horn earrings, as well.) :smile1:

WOHOO for monkey finding week! :graucho:

Here I have an Etendards et Bannieres worn two different styles, showing different facets of colors and patterns - artful design that Faivre does so beautifully!

I also enjoyed finding the mystery monkeys. The two "possible" monkey symbols I found are shown. What do you think? Both are monkeys?

Beautiful colors Rose! Yes! I see the monkey on the second one. The first looks like a lion, I think. (What do I know?)

My Silkie Friends, I posted a reveal of a Birthday Bash this weekend, but I had to share something personal with my scarf friends. No one in my life wears scarves, and if they do, they cost $19.99 (no snooty judgment here--just trying to help you understand)and no one knows what Hermes scarves are and just how important they have become to me so who can I share my excitement with? YOU! This birthday weekend, I picked out my first SHAWL. I kept thinking of you all!!

I spent quite a bit of time at the scarf counter with a fun, odd woman who was also buying a shawl. She loved the Feline scarf and had a few cws in her pile. For an animal lover, you would think that this shawl would rock my world. Nope. Didn't do anything for me. Then, the Kimonos scarf?? The one that many of you swoon for?? The lime green wasn't working for me in the particular cw I was trying on, and I was feeling so disappointed. Au Fil du Carre wasn't working either.. My stranger friend had on a lovely piece draped over her shoulders--nothing fancy, but she said, honey, try on this one. To be nice I did and that was history. I don't own any "horse-ish" scarves and to fall in love with this one is so unpredictable to me. But on, it took my breath away. Crazy. It came home with me. A perfect neutral! I am so excited: my sa said these were addictive. I'm scared.

Thank you for letting me digress from Annie week with my first shawl! Mors a Jouets. (and my new bag!)

I will never get tired of seeing this picture! Double swooooon for me! Yes, the shawls are quite addictive. One of many Hermes spells that I seem to be under.:upsidedown::sos:

The new thread really took off! So many familiar (but not less breathtaking) beauties and new to me designs and mystery knots.

TangoTosca, what a list. Collecting all Annie Faivre scarves would probably take a lifetime, and just typing it up would have given me scarf-buying cravings.

Theme of the week: these are archive photos of Amours in aqua/burnt orange.

I also have an Astres et soleils finesse, and I will be off on the monkey treasure hunt tomorrow!

I love how you have tied this scarf around your hat! You look so good!!!!

A big orange wave to all the lovely scarfies! :ghi5:

I've recovered from my flu and have best intentions to catch up on the last 14 pages :sweatdrop:, but for now want to share my look from last saturday and (as requested) also post a "how to" of my knot from last week.

probably once again not going along with the theme, but matching my outfit I wore my beloved Poneys de Polo - and since my throat was still a bit sore, I just casually folded it into a triangle and tied it close to my neck. ;)

Effortless Chic! This entire look has perfection written all over it!

Well ,at last DH is pruning the ivy so can't disturb my TPF time !

Starting with the smallest of my Annie Faivre silks : Grand Fonds in orange /blue . I love wearing my gavroches as hairbands , and like the way the eye shows here...

I LOVE how you wear this as a headband! Do you know how pretty you are??
I hope so, because if not, I will remind you to look at this picture of yourself on a daily basis.:smile1:

It was a bit milder this weekend, so I was able to throw on a Brazil stole when out running some errands. It's got a red border, so it's my last hurrah for red week, lol!! :p And, you can see I obey the seatbelt laws, lol!

Fabulous Brazil stole! This design is in my top five favorites!!! You also wear the seatbelt well. (I, too, favor the seatbelt.)

Today wearing one of Annie Faivre's scarves from among my Forgotten 24 - Reve de Corail. Hermes seems to use gold in their scarves much more than silver, and indeed is so famous for their black/gold/white scarves (Les Cles and Astrologie come to mind). This periwinkle and silver color combination is such a refreshing change and goes so beautifully with gray.

Hoping to get in some pictures before the day ends!
For Red Week, my Petite Main by Latham in red and maroon.
For Annie Faivre week, my one and only, L'Atlantide.

Love your L'Atlantide!! But I am fascinated by your Petite Main, that is so pretty! Do you have a pic of it unfolded??

WOW! You are the epitome of casual super-chic! Your whole look is perfection!! I am also drooling over the Picotin! And, thanks for the knot tutorial.

So glad you are feeling better!

You are lovely in your Grand Fonds! LOVE the hairband look, too!

Euridice - Thank you and I'm such a fan of mousselines (only have a non-H so far) and the way you tied it - still hope to find one in the orange corner myself. Also admire your simple way to wear the Zabavuschka and your casual knot from March, 21st and the Brazil stole as well!

Thank you so much!
Spring arrived :cool::sunshine:

Wow, this look is pure perfection! I love everything you are wearing---your awesome jacket, smashingly gorgeous Lady Dior, the shoes, all wonderful with your scarf!!!

Wow - such beautiful silks again this week. You all look marvelous! More comments later, but here is a favorite La Danse du Cheval Marwari. When I find the Monkey I will photograph for you.:D

Love this gorgeous scarf on you!!

Euridice: Fabulous Brazil stole and thank you, I was very cosy that very chilly day. Wow, just discovered your Psyche, great colours. Purple and green are so your colours.

Thanks so much!!

Euridice - this is gorgeous!

Thank you!

Le Tarot (one of 3 Tarot's that are in the collection), worn 2 ways, one traditional, one not.

John in DFW

You are wearing your Tarot so well as always!

so, is that a challenge, Pegase? :smile1:

Hey, do we have a scarf-off among the guys?? Or, a knot-off??

Tango,
I am so happy to be cousins with you on this scarf. We do indeed seem to have similar taste, although I think that you have a more extensive collection then I do. I love the intensity of your Aux Pays des Epices and it seems perfect for the chilly peppers!. Mine is neutral and shows off the taupe of the nutmeg and star anise. Here is a modeling pic from the archives. I think of this as my MaiTai scarf because I was devouring her blog daily when she was wearing/modeling this scarf often and I thought it was one of the most elegant things I had ever seen. I think in any colorway this is a winner because it ties so brilliantly!

Wow, this is just lovely on you! Love this neutral colorway and the way the peppers look the way you tied it!

Fabulous Brazil stole! This design is in my top five favorites!!! You also wear the seatbelt well. (I, too, favor the seatbelt.)

Thank you! ha ha, and thanks, well, the seatbelt is not the most chic but hey! :p It's the scarf in your car look!

Absolutely lovely!! Your Reve de Corail is simply smashing!!
