My SA recently told me that handles will no longer be reglazed, only slgs. She said if handles are in any way damaged, they will simply replace the handles. This is bad news for vachetta pieces...
Every. single. one. of them.
I will say this. LV has helped me to learn that what I don't like is more important when it comes to shopping than what I do like.
2 Speedy 35s. One mono, one WC

I should also steer clear of double strap totes/bags and anything that I have to fuss with to get into---like buckles or drawstrings
I haven't completely given up on LV as there are more bags now with the long single strap that it has taken me untold riches to learn that I prefer

Two bags mainly:
1) the speedy 25 in DA. Got it on my first trip to Italy with DH(then bf) so it has sentimental value. But the opening was way too small. Sold it eventually.
2) I thought I would love speedy b 30 in DE. Imagined it to be my carefree bag after seeing it on my close Friend. Two years later, it is still sitting in my closet. Underused! I concluded that I am very much a tote girl! Think I will sell it soon even though it is an anniversary gift from DH.

Empreinte Speedy 30 in noir(old model) because I found it heavy and too big for my petite frame. I only used it 3 times. My most used bags are Totally mm in DE and Speedy 25 in DE.
I knew I forgot a bag or two!
3) Both the epi Noe regular and petit size. Simply not a bucket+drawstring type of person!!
4) Lockit PM. Handcarry only and I found it to be too small for me.
4 Reporter MM. Too boxy for my liking.
Hello, all! it's an interesting discussion here. I like LV but I stop buying for a few months. I was about to buy an empreiente speedy 25 because of its big opening, but I am H girl at moment^^ well, I will think it over about my regrettable purchases.
Within 2 months of owning this bag and MAYBE 1 month of actually using it, it developed corner wear with pin holes. LV said it was "normal wear & tear" and wouldn't do anything about it.
