As far as the US, Chanel Boutiques do not run sales.
Only the departments stores that have Chanel Boutiqes run sales.

Oh, is this event going to be at a Chanel boutique or at the Chanel boutiques at as department store?? I'm so excited, I never knew that Chanel products could be on sale.
The reason why long time ago I didn't want to buy chanel because they do go on sale versus LV will not go on sale . Now that the price is chanel keep going up I intent to get one .
Only some seasonal bags go on sale. Most of the items don't

Chanel boutiques have sales twice a year (June and December). They always include RTW and shoes, and sometimes a tiny assortment of bags.
