Re-wrap it. It probably depends on country… ?

UO: who cares if the boxes are wrapped or not?
Some people do. It’s part of the H game psychology of feeling special that a bag was reserved only for you and never showed to anyone else or that an SA thought about you first right when they got the shipment.

I personally dont mind but i did experience my b25 fully wrapped. When she told me if i want it before coming to the store, i asked for a pic but she said to look online lol. And that mad ene think at that time that it was kinda strange. So i would think some customers really do thats why my SA responded that way.

This blows my mind; it would never even occur to me. In all my years (OMG, like 27 years) I can count on one hand the number of times I have even seen an item being unwrapped from the plastic.

Is it an UO that I would want my SA to check what’s in the box before presenting it to me?
Same, I don't think I've ever had a bag offered to me in the shrink wrap. The shrink wrap kind of distracts me from the H wonder anyway. I like to think that my SA checks on it for me. I did, however, notice my name with my SA's name printed on a sticker on the box recently during an offer!

Same, I think I received a shrink wrapped box 10 years ago but not in recent years. The boxes always have a tag with my name on it though.

My UO (and I will probably duck for cover once I hit "Post Reply"): I don't understand the need for more than 2 QB per year, year over year. Does every purse actually get used, or are they just for collecting?

They re-wrap them for sure. ;)
I just purchased a bag last week. No shrink wrap, at least not when my SA brought the bag into the room. I thought I also read somewhere on the forum that H is moving away from shrink wrap to paper strips? I have seen the paper around some boxes, so that tracks, at least in my experience.

To remain on topic, my current UO is that I am sooooo tired of the mini K. I don’t get the bag to begin with; it’s too small for my needs (and I don’t carry much, but when the phone doesn’t fit, it’s a hard no). It’s so desirable that a ton of fakes now abound in the wild. I know they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but…

(Ducking for cover from all the mini K lovers here!)

I own two of these and...tbh I almost never use them. They ARE too small, especially because they are sellier, and the trapezoidal shape narrows a bit towards the top. A Calvi/Calvi Duo and a lipstick and a small hand sanitizer fit fine, but if I could really fit my phone (I use the small iPhone - time to bring back the StarTac!) without it being tight it would be more useful. Even better, if I could fit both my phone and DHs, it would be just right.

I'm starting to think that the actual UO surrounding the MK is liking it.

Which leads me to my UO.. I really love the MK, but I think that I look at it for what it is. Totally impractical, doesn't hold anything, it's just for looks to me. All form, very little function.

From an aesthetic perspective, I think it is adorable and chic for nights out. Truthfully, I only really use MKs for date nights with my husband, no kids, when I literally don't carry anything with me outside of lip gloss; no CCs, maybe an ID, no car keys.

Oh I definitely love them...I just feel guilty when DH and I arrive at the restaurant and he goes to hand me his cell phone to put in my bag. :shrugs:

I’m pretty sure it’s the Artificier, holding fireworks in each hand. (The CA website agrees: https://www.hermes.com/ca/en/product/artificier-earrings-H100003FvAF/ )

And closeup of the relevant scarf snagged randomly from the web:

That's what I assumed, but I like @papertiger 's answer better
