Bags inserts specially made and advertised for Hermes bags. Bags are meant to be used. I understand we all want to take good care of our bags but these bag inserts can take up up to 20% of bag space. Keys or objects with sharp edges or corners can be placed in a soft pouch. Bags lined in chèvre and swift are ok! Despite heavy regular usage the inside of my bags have not disintegrated. There may be some unavoidable scratches at the base but they are unnoticeable and quite easily smoothed away. I’ve even seen bag inserts for mini Kellys - with that insert in I don’t know what little meaningful use is left out of that tiny bag.

It’s extra income for the bag insert influencers lol

I have a love hate relationship with bag inserts. On one hand they do take up space and i don’t like that, but i’ve also had perfume leak in a bag before that had a fabric lining and stained it. So since then i use bag inserts for almost all my designer bags (except very small ones or accordion style). I like the extra pockets and the protection especially since H don’t spa the inside of your bag.

Instead of focusing on perceived ‘flaws’ on a bag costing 10K USD plus, why not focus on why you adore it.
Otherwise, don’t spend the money

Once you have spent 10K USD plus, try not to second guess your decision

Just because something is expensive does not mean it will be perfect
Something along the same vein … I find that some clients are way too precious with shoes.

My SAs showed me a pair of Orans and pointed out some small marks on the sole from (presumably) being tried on by someone else. He said it’s totally fine if I want to order a “fresh” pair instead because some of his clients won’t want it. I couldn’t care less. They’re going to get scratched the minute I take my first step anyway

I understand being picky about certain things, but shoes that are supposed to go on dirty floors … I just don’t get it.

Some people have indoor shoes that they only wear inside so they don't tend to be subjected to the same level of wear&tear especially if they are only worn on carpets. (I have some soles on shoes that are a decade old that still look nearly new)

Carrying on from the former post.
I cannot abide rose gold anything!
Hardware or fine jewellery I know its a personal thing but I do find it really cheap looking (Sorry!)
that said rose gold in vintage jewellery is quite lovely-I have an antique (art deco) rose gold ruby and diamond ring where the gold looks really warm/rich and rather lovely but I find newer rose gold even in high jewellery brands looks too 'pink' somehow.

Skin tone really makes a difference in terms of what colour gold suits. Yellow looks cheap on me.

The focus on rose gold at H is apparently an homage to Rouge H from Pierre Hardy (per jewelry head at FSH) just as black spinel is an homage to black Box calf. if so I am happy to be "cheap" and if you look at my wrists and ears...wow...I am definitely in the bargain bin

Unpopular opinion #Graham's number ;) - I LOVE my bag inserts, not for organizing but for protection. Even well-made pens can explode; quality cosmetics can randomly open (or, I am just unlucky, but seriously this stuff does not seal); water bottles leak...basically, one never knows. At this point I have seen - or been sent for opinions - so many bags with marks on the lining that I buy an insert as soon as I have a bag. I even buy inserts for incoming SOs!

I get your point, I wouldn't use one in a really small bag, but I do like them for the organization they offer with pockets for various items. Plus, they protect the interior from pen marks and other "leaks" from things that are sometimes carried in a bag. They don't have to be extra bulky, just depends on the kind you purchase.

I loveee twillies and also Pegase rodeos together on a bag.

I don’t like to look too spiffy when carrying a Hermes bag. I like wearing cheap clothes with my Hermes bags. My jeans are tattered and torn and sometimes my tops are frayed and have holes too. It makes my grandma laugh and wonder how I can go out like that.

And I think Chypre sandals are the ugliest sandals on earth and beyond.

Have fun ladies I’m going to run for cover now!
