MK is overrated. Even when ditching the wallet, it 's too tiny for most phones and a simple pair of sunglasses. Not useful.

On the positive, I thought Birkins were overrated for a very long time. I saw a new beautiful neutral grey with green undertones and gold hardware... I think size 25. My handling was limited to boutiques, heavily beaten or used. Fresh Birkins are amazing.

Haha, no more pre loved Hermes for me. New only. <3

One opinion which I think has been aired by others: for the love of whichever deity you favor, you did not "snatch" or "score" a bag or Chypres or whatever. You bought it. (Unless you used a bot, in which case I guess you DID "snatch" it?)
Starting to feel like Hermes is viewed as one of those 20th century arcade games where you grab a toy with a giant mechanical claw.

Well shopping at Hermes is often referred to a 'game' .....I hate that term with a passion used in the context of going shopping and spending money...
So I guess when the 'goal' is achieved it counts as a 'score'
Unpopular or popular (?) opinion I've voiced many times before..
I cannot stand the use of the terms score, game, or Hermes fairy

I'll add the term journey.

I love a lot of H items in various departments. But, sometimes I see a scarf, or pair of sandals, or sweater that is so deliberately ugly, and not in a Jolie laide kind of way (i will not name names lol) that I feel H must be trolling us

To piggyback on that point, sometimes the rtw collection feels like there is no cohesion. It’s almost like multiple different designers just went with their own style and theme and there was no artistic director to say yes this belongs or no this doesn’t fit. It’s kind of jarring.

Yes Hermes, we need better RTW designs!

Hermes of today is not the Hermes of yesteryear by any stretch of the imagination.
The spending obstacles that one has to achieve just makes it more challenging than
perhaps many of us would like to acknowledge, JMO

I would generally agree with this, and would also add that some deal with these newer issues, but some don’t.

Agree. unpopular opinion: I happen to really like, and purchase, the mens RTW for myself. Oddly I fit into womens pants 36-38 and men’s 38. W38 for standard pants; W36 for this seasons cargos. M38 for this seasons khaki pants with leather pocket detail. Some men’s tops in smaller sizes
