What's the first handbag you ever had?

My first designer bag was a coach black leather crossbody bag in 6th grade. I swore I was hot stuff lol

I received my first handbag from my mother when I turned eleven. It was a small Etienne Aigner in the signature burgundy leather. It had the gold "A" logo on the front. I kept it for years and then foolishly gave it away when I finished graduate school.

My first was the Louis Vuitton Bosphore backpack. Now that backpacks are the "hot" thing right now, I've been enjoying it a lot lately, even 8 years later

My first real designer would definitely be Coach. Before that I would get handbags from places like The Limited or Guess, but that totally doesn't count in my eyes. After Coach, my first real luxury was Prada.

First contemporary designer was a Coach wristlet followed by an MBMJ crossbody. I got them both around the same time when I was in middle school. I went through a period where I hated carrying a bag unless it was essential (I know) from around the ages of 14-17 although at 16 I received a Gucci crossbody that I wore whenever I went out with friends. When I turned 18 I bought myself an LV pochette and at 21 the NF.

My first was a Coach tote bag; I think it was called the Daisy, but I'm not sure. My parents gave it to me for Christmas when I was about 13.

I had saved up for a Chanel mini flap for my first luxury bag, but decided to travel with that money instead. Now I'm working on saving up again!

I'm certain my very first bags ever were hand-me-downs from my Mom....oh what fun playing dressup & parading around in her shoes, clothes & bags! I struggle to remember the 1st designer bag I bought on my own but I think it might have been Isabella Fiore.

My first designer handbag was a Dior Gaucho in green denim fabric with red leather trim. Got it for my twentieth Birthday. I still have it.
My first actual handbag was a purple "Princess Jasmine" purse I got from my gradma at 8 years old.

As for a designer bag, it either a small brown Coach shoulder bag with the Cs all over it...or a small Kate Spade black and white bag. I can't remember which came first, but my mom still has both!!! They were both acquired in high school, so somewhere around 2000/2001.

For the life of me, I can't remember any of the bags I had as a little girl...
The first time I spend a real amount of money (for me at least), it was a Cole Haan woven bag in saddle. Such a great quality bag!
