What's the first handbag you ever had?

My first designer bag was Dior Saddle bag in Denim. Back then you can buy Dior bag for £450. I first saw the bag in SATC and wanted one.
I don't think my age allow me to wear denim bags anymore, now it sits prettily in the closet. I've learned only to buy classic colour from then on

Hi there. New to the forum and hope I am posting this to the Question of the week! I am sure I am the oldest one on this forum, but here goes. My first purse was an alligator handbag that my father bought me when I was 16 years old. That was many, many, many years ago. I still have it in the closet. I cannot bear to part with it. But I also cannot believe that I still have it after moving five times in two different states, getting married, having children, now grand children. i am sure when I die, the kids will see the thing and ask, "What in the world is that."

My first designer bag was a Coach monogram brown canvas leather shoulder bag with bright pink snakeskin trim. I bought it for myself when I was in high school on a trip to NYC with my BFF and her mom. It was sub $300 and from Bergdrof's - such a dream at the time!

My 1st designer handbag was a Louis Vuitton a Mini Looping it's long gone now. I saved up and bought it from Harrods Oxford St.
I still love Louis Vuitton to this day it's by far my fav brand. [emoji7]

The small black Chloé Faye - I researched it to death and had so many photos saved of Rumi Neely carrying it around. When I finally talked myself into getting one, it was sold out almost everywhere and I snagged what seemed to be the last one available in the Nordstrom system before the next restocking period (which was supposed to be months later)
