Don't remember my first bag ever, but my first designer hand bag was Marc by Marc Jacobs Classic Q Percy.

And my first little more expensive hand bag was Mulberry Alexa in midnight.

My first bag ever was a LV Nano Speedy when I was 5, because my parents used LV and thought it'd be cute if I matched them lol. All I kept in it was a small stuffed turtle, and when I left the bag in a cab a year later, I was disconsolate. My parents ended up buying me another Nano Speedy, but I was actually grieving the loss of my turtle! :lol:

My first designer bag, when I was probably 21 or 22, was a white Dooney & Bourke monogram bag - the one that was kind of a copy of the LV Speedy shape. I just recently saw a picture of myself with it and cringed, totally not my style now at all! But it definitely was the start of my hobby of collecting designer goods.

I think my purse addiction started in junior high when I coveted the Liz Claiborne half moon cross body with the little triangles all over it. I seriously wanted one so bad but it was $30 and that just seemed so crazy expensive to me. My parents didn't have a lot of money but I got it for Christmas and it was one of my best Christmas memories. ;) It was all over from there :laugh:

My LV Papillon! My Grandma got it for me for Christmas when I was around 13. I still have it though I have only actually carried it a few times. It's so special. I also have her Epi Petit Noe and those are 2 LV I would never sell
