What's the craziest thing you've done to be able to afford the bag you wanted?

drove 3 hours up to dublin and 3 hours back to get my Mono NF LV so about 6 hours in the car.

I've also sold a lot of bags to get other bags but part of that is clearing out clutter!

Haha... I doctors this comic and sent to my DH as a joke the other day. So fitting for this thread.

I've not don't anything crazy, but i have cut corners in other areas e.g. Getting non branded household stuff... Who cares what brand your dish liquid is?? Also, the toaster burns bread, meh, just need to stand by it and eject the bread at the last minute..

LOVE this 😂 totally me!

OK beautiful people I need some advice here............I have a beautiful Chanel family of 11 pieces in beautiful as new condition and collected over the last 15 years. I would like to start an Hermes collection now and therefore need to sell them to release some cash. I only use around 3 of them regularly.

What should I do?
Sell the whole lot and start an Hermes collection - B,K, Bolide and clutch?
Sell some and buy one or two H pieces?
Keep it all and save for the H?

Really stuck so need my tpf buddies advice. xx thank you

I once flew over 20 hours to another country for a Kelly and flew back home within the next 6 hours just because the same Kelly at local boutique costs 30% more.:p

I finally had a chance to take a photo of the bag because after so many years, I wore it for the first time for brunch this morning! :yahoo: Behold, the bag for which I flew over ten thousand miles! :p

Three photos, one the bag itself, and the other two modeling shots. (Questions: Does the bag look small on me? Or does it still manage to look proportionate?)
