I'm embracing nylon crossbody bags because I'm finding they're lightweight, even with my contents. I do a lot of walking so comfort is important. Recent Poshmark purchase (delivered June 2nd.) Radley London Spring Park domed CBB. (More orange than red.)
Yees! I've been sporting my nylon and canvas bags very often these last few weeks. I didn't realize it earlier but reading your comment made me think of my bag choices.

Trying to concentrate on positive things in my life and let go of the negative - so I'm searching my soul and thinking if I can forgive Longchamp on some scale. I'm settling on maybe not making new purchases but enjoying what I have.
So, I took Penny off the shelf and took her to work with me today.

This is the heap of things I carried

- Samsonite umbrella (because a finnish summer day can contain 4 seasons)
- Le Sportsac heart pouch with miscellaneous things from a foldable hand fan to a measuring tape
- Kipling pouch with a mask, hand sanitizer and tissue
- pharmacy (and yes, it does contain chocolate to mend a broken heart or to cure an acute crisis)
- perfume, a summer favorite (Clean Ultimate Beach Day)
- small Kipling pouch with a charger and earphones
- Marimekko card wallet
- LV 6 ring key holder
- xylitol mints
- bluetooth earphones
- sunglasses in a bright, summery case
Edit; forgot my phone which stayed in the bag.

This bag looks perfect for my walks! I've already been online and found it in red. Now I have to justify buying another walking bag when my Radley bag is working so well. Every bag I don't buy is more money in my Travel Account, but it's still so tempting!

Well, I can tell you this is an amazing bag that weighs close to nothing, is waterproof, can be wiped clean and put in the washing machine. I paid less than 40€ for it on Amazon. It's actually very good for travel as well as it packs down small but can carry a good amount of stuff.
If you're trying to get someone to say this bag isn't worth the money I can't help you with it...

Well, technically my Travel Account does include the cost of travel accessories and this one sounds like an inexpensive and perfect travel companion.
Thanks for the information!

Of course there's a budget for travel accessories! Makes perfect sense.
No 2 trips are alike and one must be prepared for things one may come across. All of the things that may come across. And a few things that will never come across. Just to make sure.

I have the Kipling abanu that can be worn as a Fanny pack or crossbody. I always wear it when I am travelling long distance with kids. It seriously packs so much!

Oh it must be amazing! I decided between that and the camera bag I got. I just had purchased a fancy pack so I felt I didn't need another one. No regrets but I wouldn't mind having both.

My one month trip has already been six weeks long with at least another four weeks to go. I only packed two bags to carry and now I miss being able to switch bags. Decided to buy a fun drawstring bag from Amazon ($28.00) and a fun wallet from TJ Maxx ($11.00) to switch up my routine until I return home. Most of the contents are the same as previous posts with the exception of the Steve Madden wallet (came with a chain that I hooked to one of the D-rings for the strap for security), and the "ideas" journal I bought at Ross. The bag came with detachable shoulder and crossbody straps, but I'm using my guitar strap instead of the crossbody strap that came with the bag.

This I understand so well! It's a big thing, as I don't mind switching between the same outfits but switching my bag has always been a thing to elevate everything.

Thought I'd share what I currently have in my Stella Falabella three-chain tote. At first I found this more difficult to use than my Falabella small totes (my favorite bags ever) because the foldover style is even more of a puddle with chains everywhere. The key to me using, and loving, this style has been pulling out one of my old Purse To Go bag organizers. Fits perfectly and just tall enough that I can still get the foldover slouch. Here's what I typically carry, then in the back zip pocket of the bag is where I keep my face mask, keys, and my phone:

Slightly updated contents. Marc Jacobs card case/wallet. (Purchased Thursday at the Vegas North Outlet.) New Paperblanks notebook (Barnes & Noble). Nine West clutch for meds, lens wipes, hand wipes, etc. (Purchased at Macy's in 2020 just before Covid for my carry-on bag and didn't get a chance to use it until this trip.) New rainbow stylus pen. (Dollar Tree). Switched to the crossbody strap that came with the bag. Took out the packable backpack because I'm not using it now. My sunglasses broke so I'm shopping for a new pair.
