Road trip to visit family with Céline. A cardigan will go on top.
If history is any guide, it will be much less organized on the way home.
Nice & neat and all things in their own places. The OCD side of me loves pictures like this.
Usually my bag is a mess when I'm at my destination, but when time for returning home comes, I have to re-organize my bag or I just can't live with it.
Have a wonderful trip, enjoy!

It's still a little haphazard in there. I appreciate your charity.
Thanks for the wonderful trip wishes! This week won't be as thrilling as your lovely day cruise to Sweden with your mom, but it'll do for now.

Finally had quiet time and energy at the same time. Took pics of what I'm currently carrying in my Dooney red suede zip satchel. Hanging with the family for the Thankgiving Holiday. I hope all who celebrated Thanksgiving had a wonderful day!

Not included: Phone (Samsung Galaxy S8), and packable drawstring backpack (in previous pics). The backpack is still holding yesterday's shopping items. Additional items: 1. Rebecca Minkoff Initial pouch - using for loose change currently. 2.My youngest granddaughter's coin purse. She wants to keep her money in it, but she wants me to carry it so she doesn't lose it.

Ran some errands earlier today with my new to me Balenciaga City.
PXL_20220124_012025878.jpg

In the front pocket - house key, hand sanitizer, lip balm, bus pass.
PXL_20220124_012119037.jpg

Main compartment - wallet, sunglasses, toiletry pouch, "nerd herder" gadget wallet, reusable shopping bag.

I like to stay prepared with things I'll always be relieved to have on me if I need them but don't always need and don't mind carrying. Hand lotion, eyedrops, Tylenol, hand warmers, antacids, etc.

Oddly excited about this little Etsy find. Felt wallet to keep my battery pack and cord, Bluetooth headphones, and a flash drive organized and protected.

And in the little zip pocket in the bag interior, the mirror it came with.

Could definitely fit more in here but didn't need to today! I also could see more "loose" items fitting in better, but I prefer pouches and other organizational items if there aren't a lot of interior pockets.

What pretty bags and neat organization @RuedeNesle and @poizenisxkandee
Also, "nerd herder" as a word bring so many things to my head!

Here are a couple of bags I've been using lately - between having some sort of crazy flu, starting school and just running errands it's been like I've been off the forum for ages!

School bag for the 1st day of studies, KG Kensington XXL in Teal, containing
- 2 Kipling pouches (medicine + hygiene supplies because of pandemic)
- notebook
- iPad 9,7"
- Filofax
- Marimekko pencil pouch
- cough drops
- LV key holder
- Burberry perfume
- loose bottle of hand sanitizer hanging on the bottom of the bag
- Coach wallet

...and see those chain prints on the leather? Yeah. That'll remind me to pull those handles inside the bag when it's in storage.49A7CD36-472F-4409-BA02-74F41F4D1C35.jpeg

Marimekko Billie bum bag, Christmas present from Mum and my new favorite. Holds a ton and is so comfortable!
Just the necessities for going to the hospital for breathing tests. (Apparently, I can breathe too well and strong...)
- Filofax
- LV Empreinte Clès and 6 ring key holder
- Samsonite small umbrella
- hand sanitizer, mask
- small tub of cream

The bag was nowhere near full. I've also had f.e. two cotton canvas shopping bags in there in addition to these items.

 Beautiful bag, and I love the blue toiletry pouch!

Love your red bag! But I must say, your kisslock coin purse is gorgeous! And it's the perfect size as an everyday bag for me! :lol:
Thanks SM!
 I think it would be big by your standard. It's almost perfect for me. The only two things that don't fit are a water bottle and my drawstring packable backpack. But I'm not walking with it yet (still with the family), so it's working well.
My mom bought the kisslock coin purse for me when she took her second trip to Paris in 2006. I asked her to get me a Paris coin purse, meaning a little souvenir coin purse with Paris written on it. She bought me a coin purse from Paris. I still have the tag inside the zipper pocket as well. I wrote on the tag the day she gave it to me. I pulled it out the closet recently and it made me think of her and how much I miss her. I've been carrying since I pulled it out.

I'm embracing nylon crossbody bags because I'm finding they're lightweight, even with my contents. I do a lot of walking so comfort is important. Recent Poshmark purchase (delivered June 2nd.) Radley London Spring Park domed CBB. (More orange than red.)
  • Blue pouch (Daiso): Top zipper - extra disposable masks. Bottom zipper - hand wipes, lens wipes, Advil, Systane.
  • Cottonelle Wipes go in the outside back snap pocket.
  • Red Daisy Rose key pouch holds my Clipper Card and goes in the outside front zipper pocket.
  • I forgot to include my packable backpack when I took a picture of the contents outside my bag, but it is in the second picture.
