What to do with your nails? Natural, Painted, Fake?

I keep them short and natural and right now they are painted black. I use alot of dark colors in the winter and lighter more natural colors in the spring summer

Recently I've been doing a base coat, then only one coat of a light color, and top coat. Not doing two coats of color has definitely made my manicure last longer.

I keep my nails natural. I don't think I've painted my nails in probably 4 years. They feel stronger since I stopped messing around with nailpolishes and topcoats.

Fake! I bite. I get them done once a month and filled every two weeks. I love my nails and my co workers think im crazy but its jus general maintenance to me. I feel once you go fake for awhile you dont wanna go back!

Natural- I keep mine a medium-short length, I guess, a little past fingertips. Most of the time, I don't paint them. If I do, it is a pale pink/nude and sometimes just a clear coat.

It's funny- most women I see have fake nails. I would have thought I'd see more ppl on this thread w/ acrylics, etc.

i keep mine short and boring too, haha. i used to have fake nails, but i'm too much of a baby if i bend one and it breaks. hurts too much!

My favorite dark chanel polish is Vamp
the Lotus rouge is very nice too
and the light pink sparkly one...shoot I forget. tulipe something...

^^ the pink sparkly one is probably pink satin. tulipe noire is a metallic red/burgundy.

Fake all the way too. I have really brittle nails and have spent a long time trying to get them long and pretty but they always break off. So I've just given up the fight and gone the fake route.
