I had luck tracking down a DA PA in a Bloomingdales. In case anyone is on the hunt, the LVs located within a department store may be the easiest route to go since you can call directly.

Oh no, that is such a disappointing thing to happen on a trip. I hate to hear that. Was it one of those notorious roaming pickpockets, hotel theft, or theft from your luggage? Good luck on finding a replacement

I asked my SA today about ordering this. He said that there are none out there yet, but it is orderable with a credit card as it says the order would be "under review", which means that they can't guarantee fulfillment, but you would be on the list before it launches at the stores.

Pickpocket in train station
Bumped me and pulled it out of my bag
I didn’t have it clipped in and uncharacteristically had my purse unzipped which was only because I had just put on chapstick and was rushing to the platform and didn’t realize had left unzipped ... sad
