I checked out Peonia because they have a proprietary ideal diamond cut, which makes a peony pattern instead of the usual hearts & arrows. Definitely very, very shiny, so much so that the cluster is completely seamless and just looks like one big pear at viewing distance.

Aww thank you - my birthday was actually on the 11th but I’ve been having internet access issues and therefore haven’t posted
much on here. I LOVE the VA earrings and seriously considering adding the onyx at some point That’s interesting about soldering the posts, did you decide to do that to make them more secure or did you have any issues?

Yes, I decided to do the soldering to make them more secure. I saw a post on the VCA forum by someone who lost her ENTIRE earring because she didn't know about the non-soldering. I have known for quite some time that the earrings are not soldered but I always thought if the post should drop off, yes, it would cost money and be a hassle to replace but it never ever occurred to me before then that the entire earring could be lost as I thought the earring would just remain clipped onto the ear. I also thought about how I won't be around forever and one day, my nieces may inherit my 2 pairs of VCA earrings and who will tell them to do the soldering if say there was no special mention of it anywhere? So then it occurred to me that for my own current peace of mind and for the future, I should get the soldering done

My new Chanel J12 Diamomd encrusted watch.
This has to be my signature watch. Why I sold it to begin with is beyond me. I'm just so glad I got it back. If all my watches go and I still have this I'm content. Its an absolutely stunning dial.

I know this is a watch but to me it's a high end piece of jewellery.
