After being married for 16 years I’ve gotten a little pudgey and couldn’t get my original wedding band off before an mri. Thought I was going to have to cut it off. Took it the jeweler to have it resized who recommended remaking it for $1500. The husband said I may as buy a new ring instead. Top picture is with my original band on the bottom of the stack and the second picture has my new band at the bottom of the stack. Thanks for letting me share!

Simply beautiful!

My new Chanel J12 Diamomd encrusted watch.
This has to be my signature watch. Why I sold it to begin with is beyond me. I'm just so glad I got it back. If all my watches go and I still have this I'm content. Its an absolutely stunning dial.

I know this is a watch but to me it's a high end piece of jewellery.

So happy you were able to buy back your favorite watch. I've made so many bad choices by selling jewelry that I now miss. Some were irreplaceable.

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a pair of super dainty diamond pavé studs. They’re super delicate and exactly what I wanted to wear with my earring enhancers.
The first ones are 6 sparkly chains that fall like a cascade. They are more of an evening look for me.
The next enhancers are the ones that I made from 2 gold filled chains, these are more casual. They go perfectly with my pendant.

You have to learn to move on.

It’s easier said than done as I’m the worst culprit ..I’ve sold jewellery worth a fortune..and totally regretted it…the only way to deal with it is to move on and forwards and hope that one day you’ll have better jewellery..some of what I sold is almost irreplaceable ..

But I have to learn to love what I have and move forward and hope to build my collection up to be better than it would have been if I hadn’t sold the jewellery I had when I was much younger for stupid reasons….xxxxx

I have made some mistakes selling jewelry too. Some regrets, wish I hadn't sold some pieces. But oh well. Too late.
I always thought I was the only one..I’ve Always curated my jewellery collection..I’m far worse with that than with my bags or clothes tbh..it’s my true passion..I used to have regrets , but I can’t turn the clock back, so I just have to learn by my mistakes and hope not to make any more xx

I’ve wanted a diamond halo ring with a diamond cushion centre stone for years (Tiffany Soleste style but bigger than I could ever afford from Tiffany!), but never bought one as they are far too expensive here. Even for a relatively low carat weight you are looking at paying £10k+ with the quality of diamonds I want and ideally I was looking for a ring in the region of 1.50-2 carats in total which would have set me back about £15k if purchased from a jewellery store

I therefore decided to use a jeweller based in Wales who has made some pieces for me in the past at a very reasonable price for the quality of her work and materials used… it arrived today and is even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined - so, so, so happy with it :yahoo:

2 ttcw diamond ring with a GIA certificated 1 carat diamond cushion in the centre, set in platinum
