What I wear most frequently these days is:

either a tennis necklace or David Yurman large oval link necklace in 18k gold

diamond studs emerald cut 4ct tw F color-IF clarity

my new Rolex Yachtmaster SS with blue dial and platinum bezel

David Yurman large oval link bracelet with Judith Ripka heart charm which has a pave diamond
center surrounded by 18k gold, but only if I wear the Yurman necklace

emerald cut sapphire and diamond ring on one hand (looks great with the Yachmaster)

Bulgari B. zero 18k gold on the other hand

Sounds like a lot but somehow it all works. I think because no piece is overwhelming.

My favorite bracelets are the bone cuffs and the Aegean link bracelet. I rotate earrings. For necklaces, my favorites are the long Aegean link necklace, eternity circle, the card holder & the pen pendant. So I guess I can't name a favorite!
