This. There are two leather bags I've been eyeing up..the Bella Mahina and the Babylone Chain BB. I keep thinking about them. They're more casual than Chanel, which fits my lifestyle better. But for that price I could go for Chanel for just a little more.

Agreed. The Evelyne is the only Hermes bag I can see myself purchasing. There is just something about it that I love. I'm not a huge fan of the rest for myself as I don't really care for large, heavy bags. They are beautiful to look at, just not for me.

I’m comfortable spending under $2,000 on a new LV. I spent $2,500 recently with no regrets. I think Covid made me do it!
Probably no more than $3,000. That's with taxes included in the $3K though.
I’ve spent up to 2k, but I’m not comfortable with it. I’m taking a step back in 2021 to enjoy what I have...
honestly, for LV i have never owned an lv over $2k. getting in that price range there are so many other bags i'd rather have. i came close to getting the LV lockme Ever bag but i ended up getting a chanel mini and then again but got a dior saddle in grained calf instead.
Probably no more than around $3K except for special bags like the Twist or Petite Malle or luggage.
I’m Canadian so prices are higher here. I’d say max $3500 on LV since you’d be hard pressed to find any LV under $2k unless its a canvas speedy or NF. Chanel prices start around $5k here (for bags not SLG).
Over 3k sends me in the direction of Chanel. As someone else said, that's the only reason I haven't bought the LV Capucines.
$2-3K (on any handbag/designer) but I will occasionally splurge... just not on something trendy. Has to be a classic piece.
Depends on the bag, but probably $3,500-$4k is my max for LV. And it would need to be a unicorn/holy grail bag. For every day, run of the mill, I’m comfortable with the $2,500-$3k range.
I honestly don't know. If it's a bag I really love (for many reasons), I WILL have that bag. That said, very few make me go "OMG, I have to have it". I have a nice collection. Maybe, for the most part, I don't feel the need to spend big bucks. Then again, maybe a bag will appear next season and I"ll think "Yes! This bag is for me". Time will tell.
