They should all be adjustable!Straps. They're never long enough!
I've comparison of YSL tote and Mulberry tote. Thicker leather one is by Mulberry.Do you have a picture?
Thank you for sharing the pictures. I can see exactly what you mean.I've comparison of YSL tote and Mulberry tote. Thicker leather one is by Mulberry.
It's funny how even a leather sample piece came with the tote by YSL is a lot thicker than the leather they used made of their bags. YSL tote doesn't have the band to protect the base so the threads will come undone more easily - especially when you carry heavy items.

I find men bags drab. Particularly at LV. I don't see much selection anymore. Most are black checkered or black monogram. I want and need a classic monogram bag! Don't get me started how big most bags are. They are suited for tall men. What about average hight?![]()
I just thought of another one. Finding a small, cute bag that does not have multiple credit card slots. I think I'm the only person who hates this so I understand this is weird, but that feature really bugs me. For starters, I have my own full-sized wallet, a card holder, and a key pouch. Also, my six-key holder has a card slot. I don't need my handbag to act as a wallet! Also, when I'm on the go, I only need 2-3 cards at most; there is no point in having 4-10 credit card slots.
I blame the popularization of the Wallet on Chain/WOC that has made designers create nearly all their evening/event bags with these slots. If I wanted to use my clutch as a wallet, I'd bring my wallet. If there was a way for me to cut out those credit card slots and just have a small bag, I would totally do it.
Yes, I completely agree. I think the card slots are ugly and I hate moving my cards; there is a reason why I only have one wallet!I totally understand this! I don’t like that either. I have moved to using my LV ZCP as my “big wallet” and use my key holder/or pouch or a card case if I really need a smaller one. These days I carry less and less cards as I can use my Apple Wallet/Apple Pay for so much more. Card slots in bags just seem to be wasted space for me...I can use them to maybe hold a hair tie, but I don’t need 12 of them!
I hate moving cards around so I have no interest in moving cards from my wallet into a bag and back again. I also think card slots in bags are just unattractive![]()
YES!!! And you can't trust that a certain brand will have great leather. So you really have to see / feel bags in person. One more thing I just thought of regarding buying online-you can't tell how the leather feels, and that is one of the most important things to me as well!
Even with Premier brands, like Balenciaga. The leather can be wonderful one season and thin and dry in the next season. If I'm going to spend a lot of money I want to be sure I love the leather.YES!!! And you can't trust that a certain brand will have great leather. So you really have to see / feel bags in person.
YES!!! OMG!!! THIS!!! I even wish there were an upcharge option. I can't tell you how many times I've passed on a bag because the hardware color wasn't right for me.When the bag you otherwise love doesn't have hardware in the color you want. Generally, it seems that a bag will all have the same color hardware across all leather colors. So you want an antigona? Hope you want silver hardware for FW17. I understand it is cheaper to do this rather than switch the hardware up in manufacturing, but some purse colors (to me) match better with gold hardware and some colors match better to silver hardware.
Oh I don't like thin straps either, uncomfortable and look like afterthoughts..Thin straps
