What is the most frustrating thing for you when looking for a new bag?

I bought a very cute leather and shearling Want Le Essentials City bag, last Christmas. I’m only 5,2 and the “crossbody” bag was practically under my armpit on the lowest strap adjustment. Nordstrom didn’t have a mod shot, so I scoured the internet and found one. I’m always thinking that the model is at least over 5,7. Nope, she must have been 4,8 to have it at this length! The bag went back, immediately.

Another pet peeve is pockets that are too small for phones! It’s not 2001 anymore. I need a pocket bigger than a Pez dispenser.

item listed with OBO, i offered 450 vs 475 (BIN) and got declined!!!
BIN is not workable because shipping fee is not mentioned, so i cannot complete the order
I wrote a few msgs asking to advise the shipping fee so i could complete the order - no response
(i am a bit scared to 'commit to buy' as i don't know what shipping fee she will come back with)
instead, she says she has a couple of other offers...
WTF?? if you wanted to get the highest price, put it on the auction!!
what's the point of giving OBO option, if you decline it??

- Availability - almost all of the bags & SLGs on my LV wishlist are "call for availability"
- Color / pattern - this always gives me a headache - there is always more than one color or pattern that I really like.
- Which size to choose - Small or Medium? There are always several pros and cons...
