What is Fashionphile smoking?

One more thought:

I know there are several members on here who have had fantastic experiences with them, and that's great.

But when people say that they're (FP) hands-down trustworthy, it's just plain foolish, IMO, especially for a newbie who might not know they're being sold a fake.

I agree - and I have some pf the pics of fake bags they sold - and they are OBVIOUS so I don't understand how that happens.
But everyone has to remember that unless you buy it FROM LV there is a chance it could be fake ;)

I beg to differ:

Also, I don't think anyone here thinks they are scammers; as stated many times, if they list or sell a fake, they make it right and pretty quickly, to be fair.

The question people have is WHY does it CONTINUE to happen?

That is the question. If she's had so much experience, why did she list a fake speedy of all things, just this last April!!!!!!!! We should give her a medal because when she gets caught selling fakes, she refunds??? Unbelievable. She's a crook. A former "attorney," who illegally lists and tries to counterfeit items, repeatedly, despite being caught over and over again.

I don't trust her farther than I can throw her. YUCK!

I wish she would just tell us what really happened instead of 'it was a mistake' or whatever she said.
I personally think what happened was that she hired new employees that didn't know what they were doing and they messed up -- that's the only thing that makes sense to me.

I think that My Poupette is a bunch of crooks -- no - I KNOW they are - so anyone who is an MPRS always gets me wondering. I know most MPRS are probably legit and they only signed up with MPoupette to gain some trust among buyers -- but buyers don't realize that MPoupete is a sham and you only get to be an MPRS by paying for it and then MPoupette does nothing - just lets you use their name.

SO - anyhoo - fashionphile being an MPRS gets me all twisted in the first place ;)

CORRECTION -- just noticed they are no longer MPRS -- pretty sure they used to be but they have enouhg reputation now that htey don't have to be MPRS -- so never mind ;)

^^Forget about Fashionphile, what are YOU smoking? (LOL! You know I *heart* you)

Seriously, my only issue with this is the folks who come on here and say that FP is blindly trustworthy- no authentications needed. It's just not true. And I worry that newbie buyers will see that and TRUST them completely; and you just can't.

Point. Blank. Period.

Like I said - it's little negative feedback.

Look at the ratio of positive to negative.

Any business no matter how successful and well renowned will make mistakes and/or have unsatisfied customers.

Regardless- no matter what - we all need to be informed. I have not purchased any fakes because I have several sources look at them - as well as rely on my own research. I don't care where you buy it from.

When you have a big business - having PERFECT customer service feedback is a fantasy.

They try their best in my opinion. I have nothing to gain from this. It is just an objective viewpoint.

My responses are pink bolded.

you link shows 7 negative feedback in 3 years and a lot of neutrals from people who cant read product descriptions... thats really very good.

might even be better than LV's

While I don't wish to argue-one of the many complaints about FP is that their items arrive in worse condition than described. So as for "people who can't read product desciptions", how do you know the bags weren't SNAD because of inaccurate descriptions and being shot in a light box?

Just sayin'.
