I own some Michael Kors bags and the quality is excellent. Here's what I have.

The blue suede bag is also a Michael Kors. I got these bags quite awhile ago and I haven't had any problems with them.

I really like the Astor satchel in luggage. Such a functional classic bag with a little bit of trend in the studs. Beautiful leather too.

hate his clothing... love his OUTWEAR, BATHING SUITS, SHOES and BAGS... totally adore... i have the lattingtown hobo in black and its gorgeous... ive gotten so many compliments on it and its a classic piece that will not only be in style for a very long time but physically last a long time... its very well made and fits a ton of stuff... and its DIFFERENT something that i have never seen anyone else carrying (which is what i like)... i dont really like his astor line... too much stud going on that is very trendy and will be out in a year or so... his summer shoes are BEAUTIFUL... i could go on and on but i'll shut up now :-P i also have a black knee length coat that is sooo soft a gorgeous angora blend... you know how a lot of winter coats are very stiff and make you look boxy? this is exact opposite... and it will always be in style... ive also gotten many compliments on it, which i found surprising because it is a simple black coat... but it has that extra touch of class with the detailing, similar to the lattingtown... and i got the cutaway one piece in teal and its a beatiful bathing suit... his stuff is great quality with reasonable pricing... esp for a recent college grad (love the loans)... ok i promise ill stop now hahaha... i also love island by michael kors.. great summer scent!

I own this bag (actually two) in black and in brown. These are lovely bags, very functional, and tailored. They coordinate brilliantly with my business attire. They are quite comfortable on the shoulder as well. The leather is quite nice, and is not at all heavy. In my opinion, the style and quality of a MK bag can be had for very reasonable prices. I tend to rotate my Coach bags with MK for business use, and use some of my other high-end designer bags for social engagements and special events.
