What do you ladies think of my new set?

I love your ring - both bands look good but I slightly prefer the 2 mm. Tacori settings are really beautiful. I too would have been upset if my friend had made such a comment - it does just sound very mean spirited. If you love the ring that's all that matters.

I think your set is gorgeous.. I adore tacori settings. Mine is similar to the flora setting. Your friend lacks grace, tack, and social skills. She is rude. Don't let her get to you. My own SIL told me my newly upgraded setting looked like "an overly exaggerated gaudy flower"..it was already sitting on my finger.. Rude, just rude

What a beautiful set. The fine bands adds to the femininity of them.

As for your 'friend'... HOW RUDE! Just plain rude! Whether she is saying it out of jealousy or ignorance, who knows? You picked, you love it and that should be the end of the story.

You've got a beauty on your hand. Please enjoy wearing it.

I recently had a horrible situation with my previous wedding set so
My husband went ahead and decided to give me a setting-upgrade..

So i picked this one out from tacori...

And i really loved it until my friend
Told me that it looks like a cluster ring and that she doesnt understand why i got this one...

It makes me sad and now everytime i look at it.. I think of her comment

What do you ladies think...??

that is a stunning Tacori ring. Don't let your friend ruin it for you. She's probably jealous.

I have to say that it sounds like your "friend" is jealous of your new set.Perhaps she feels like your new ring is now competition for hers?

Anyone who knows anything about diamond rings would know at a glance that your ring is a halo design!

I prefer the larger band :)

Love this set!!! Next time your "friend" opens her mouth - call her on it just ask her "why does MY wedding set bother you SO much that you constantly hurt my feelings by commenting disdainfully about it" - or smile at her and say "well good thing its not yours then isn't it."

Haha.. Weirdly, after i posted this here, she stopped talking about it..
So weird.. Haha

You have an absolutely beautiful halo ring from a significant jewellery house bought by an obviously wonderful husband and you are one very lucky lady.

Wondering what your "friends" personal taste is jewellery could be.

Regarding the upgrade band. Both look great but are they both equally comfortable as a set? Will you wear the two pieces together or separately most of the time?
