Breakfast: pb&j sandwich with silk light choco soy milk

Lunch: brown rice with sauted chicken and onions/mushrooms/carrots

Snack: trader joes dark choco pretzels and emerald cinnamon almonds

Dinner: chow mein with chicken, chinese broccoli and onions
 
Breakfast: 1 slice wholegrain bread, spread with dijon mustard and topped with cucumber, tomatoes and a slice of vegan bacon
Lunch: Falafel and hummus wrap, handful of grapes
Snack: Pumpkin seeds and some raisins
Dinner: Penne with tomato and courgette sauce, followed by a Nak'd Gingerbread bar

Breakfast: Sliced strawberries & kiwi.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine chicken breast & mashed potatoes.
Dinner: Grilled spicy shrimp, wild rice & corn on the cob.
Dessert: Few spoonfuls of Starbucks coffee ice cream.

Breakfast: Iced coffee.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich & frozen yogurt.
Dinner: Seafood pad thai.

Breakfast: Coffee & strawberry yogurt.
Lunch: Skipped it.
Dinner: Seafood enchiladas, rice & beans.

Sunday

Breakfast: Coffee.
Lunch: Chicken tikka masala, samosa, saffron rice & vegetables in curry.
Dinner: Cobb salad.
