    L: salad, half corn on the cob, half slice buffalo chicken pizza and half slice cheese pizza
    D: half pita bread sandwich with cheese and buffalo chicken breast
    S: chobani mango yogurt

    dinner: chips & salsa, fajitas, giant margarita

    Lunch: Thai chopped chicken salad.
    Dinner: Grilled rainbow trout, couscous, sliced avocado & steamed veggies.

    dinner: loaded salad with sprouts, cranberries, tofu, radishes, feta cheese, tomatoes, black beans, onions, cucumbers, & balsamic vinaigrette dressing

    dinner: BBQ chicken, broccoli, salad, watermelon, cherries
  8. breakfast: Bircher muesli with homemade yogurt and fresh fruit, cappuccino
    lunch: green salad and a mentaiko onigiri
    dinner: whole wheat spaghetti alla puttanesca

    Breakfast: Granola bar & banana.
    Lunch: Subway club sandwich.
    Dinner: Grilled turkey burger & side salad.


    Breakfast: Coffee, scrambled eggs & two slices of turkey bacon.
    Lunch: Skipped it.
    Dinner: Ground turkey w/marinara sauce over whole wheat pasta.

    Snack: hummus with pita
    Dinner: hot dog, tater tots, half a hershey bar (so bad!)
