Evergraine (with lock and clochette): 3 lb and 8 oz.

Clemence range: 1209 - 1271 g (the heaviest one is from 2006) -
2 lb and 10.6462 oz - 2 lb and 12.8332 oz

Buffalo: 1250 g = 2 lbs 12.1 oz

Swift : 1218 g = 2 lbs and 10.964 oz

Vache Naturelle: 1206 g = 2 lbs and 10.54 oz

Togo: 1122 g = 2 lb and 7.57738

Barenia (2003): 1120 g = 2 lb and 7.50683 oz

Ostrich: 1106 g = 2 lb and 7.01300 oz

Crinolin/Barenia: 1058 g = 2 lb and 5.31985 oz

If anyone wants the info, I am happy to put my 40s on the scale when I return home this evening. (ostrich, box, togo)
 
Let me add a grain of salt here. Or two.

Hermesmonkey just kindly posted a couple of pictures of 2 authentic 25 cm Birkins in another thread (attached). There are material, obvious differences between H bags.

Size = amount of leather = weight.

Differences between 35s could be even more significant. One person measuring a bag in a leather is going to inevitably get different results from someone else measuring the "same" bag (size, leather), created by a different craftsperson.

And of course, the accuracy of scales varies from household to household, manufacturer to manufacturer.
