So happy to find this LV club! I have a vintage Trousse Toiletry with leather tag inside and Eclair zipper. Bought this from a personal seller. I'm quite dumbfounded when I saw it because I'm used to seeing Toiletry with fabric tags. But I'm happy to have it! 
I just got my first LV bag today! I got my Chantilly GM preloved and Its in really good condition. Its from febuary 1989 and made in France
Oh and I also got a necklace made with a vintage LV lock and key. The number on the lock matches the key. I got it from a Danish online store, that specialices in vintage bags.
I got it around 574,75$
Just received my Montsouris MM today!! From 1999. I’m surprised by how amazing the quality is. The canvas feels squishy and thick. Some spots and stains but she’s still perfect 
this is my first vintage LV piece and it’s a forever bag.

She hides in my nylon tote under the seat when I’m on the plane because I don’t put my bags on the floor. She’s in great condition for her age.

Can anyone suggest where I can have my eclair zipper repaired? I heard LV will no longer repair vintage French Co items. Zipper still works perfectly but it's separated on one side ☹️

I just purchased a vintage Louis Vuitton (The French Luggage Company) Golf Kit. It is extremely cute and looks very vintage although stated it is in very good condition. I’m curious about this “era” and if it is “valued” less by LV collectors, as it was made by TFLC with license from LV? It has the “eclair” label on the zipper pull, not the LV which is in sync with what TFLC did at the time they were making LV. Not sure if this adds value or lessens the value of the item?
Either way, I’m buying it because I think it is gorgeous and it has history.
