Everyone's vintage pieces look just divine! I'm fairly new to LV and have just purchased a 1992 Monogram Alma from a consignment store today. I was born in 92 so particularly wanted my first vintage piece to be from that year. I've been looking for an Alma from that year for a really long time. I can't wait for it to be delivered. It's in great condition for a bag thats 24 years old, just shows the quality of these old pieces, eh? Now that I've found this thread, I'll definitely post a photo when it arrives

Hello all, i just purchased a vintage 1985 speedy 35, i am pretty good at getting authentic lv's but i am looking at this one and it is the oldest i have ever purchased. The date code tabs are not under the inner pocket, they are on the other side. Is does anyone know if this is normal for a purse this age? I cut off the MB on the picture.

Here's my new to me 1992 Alma. It's my first LV handbag. I've been searching for a 1992 piece for ages as it's my birth year and I'm so impressed with vintage LV. The patina is just gorgeous [emoji7]
She's a stunner and doesn't look her age, that's for sure. Nothing like an LV patina!
i just sold a 1992 speedy 45, then i had serious sellers regret. it was in such great condition. 1992 is the year i graduated highschool. lol you are the same age as my stepson. I am glad that, at your age, you can appreciate a "vintage" piece and it is a beauty.
I have a 1992 vintage Speedy 40. This is also the year I graduated high school. It's in amazing condition.
i have the gm,it is a slimmer kind of bag, the pm would be too small for me. I restored one by cleaning the sticky pockets and reglazing the edges and then sold it. I was so sad I just won another from the same seller and it is on the way now, so happy. I will try to find the pics i put on my old blog which i don't keep up with now lol..
