Hi, I recently bought a vintage speedy 35. When it arrived, the canvas has this green tint all over the canvas. The date code is stamped 884. Has anyone experienced this color changing on vintage pieces?

Anyone with a vintage epi speedy 25? I was looking at one online and it's from 86. It says it has a d-ring, but does not show any pictures of it so idk. Maybe an accident it was put in the listing.

I had a canvas speedy 25 from 88 and it didn't have a d ring, which was the reason I got rid of it. Do the epi ones have d-rings?

Hi, congrats on your bag. My speedy 40 doesnt come with D ring as well, i think i read somewhere on authentication thread, it doesnt come with d ring because its vintage. They said LV start doing D ring on the late 90's.

Thank you. I was eyeing for sac souple 35 when I saw @leatherforever sac souple pics of her sac souple 35. I was falling in love with the gorgeous patina of her sac souple. Ours are fron the 1980s as the word france is in smaller "f". ImageUploadedByPurseForum1451653991.064087.jpg

I haven't used it. First impression: thick canvas, smooth zipper, size like speedy 35 but a bit square..comfortable handle as it is thin. All brass hardware. Pretty after polished.
