I agree, lovely bag! I've owned several of them and sold them because the strap was too short. I also wished it had a back pocket.

The 9988 Saddle Bag seems to have been an answer to these shortcomings. I've never gotten one, but may check it out one of these days. I'd also like find a 9949 Faith's Legacy to test drive.

Thanks Catbird9, I will keep my eyes open for a saddle bag as well. The problem of mine is with extra $$ on GSP and import duty, lot of times more than bid price, I have to look for bargains otherwise cost will be too high.

I'd like to see clearer pictures but based on what I can see, I think it would rehab well, but you would probably have to give it a bath.

I have a butter Copley and I love it but I have never seen a mustard yellow Italian Madison bag. Do you think that it is just the photography for this ebay listing or do you know if the Carlyle also came in a darker yellow? If this ebay bag is butter than yes, I have seen yellow Italian Madison Carlyle bags before!

And I should mention that the Butter is a difficult color to rehab (like white) and I haven't been completely successful with my Butter Madison items. @whateve Your bag looks gorgeous!
