Hey, you might be right! She has impeccable taste in both handbags and furniture.I think when she made the purchase, she probably had this in mind the bag can make a nice dog cave (open wide) or daybed (lay flat).

Awww, Hunnybunny is so cute! I love it when she "models" your bags. She should do it a lot more....hint hint.Bella is adorable, and she has excellent taste in bags!
Here are some pics of my Honeybunny checking out a Basic Bag that I rehabbed several years ago.

Oh yes, we have to appreciate the bags they pick out for us! Wouldn't want to be rude. She must go shopping with my dogs! It’s great that they buy some awesome bags that we, of course, have to use on their behalf....
She sure does! Proud mama over here. I would be really impressed if she used her own money next time. She has impeccable taste!

Thanks Catbird9, I will keep my eyes open for a saddle bag as well. The problem of mine is with extra $$ on GSP and import duty, lot of times more than bid price, I have to look for bargains otherwise cost will be too high.I agree, lovely bag! I've owned several of them and sold them because the strap was too short. I also wished it had a back pocket.
The 9988 Saddle Bag seems to have been an answer to these shortcomings. I've never gotten one, but may check it out one of these days. I'd also like find a 9949 Faith's Legacy to test drive.
